Nowadays it feels more difficult to say “you get what you pay for” because prices across the board are higher than ever and quality is quite the opposite. This pool project with JR Custom Pools was a welcome exception, we definitely got what we paid for. The end result has left us and anyone who sees it speechless and smiling. The company was patient and knowledgeable not just in the beginning planning stages but throughout the entire process of the build. We couldn’t be happier or more thrilled with our new family oasis. Ashley handled my initial inquiries with professional and fast, detailed answers and options. She was always available to take my call and put my mind at ease when I would get overwhelmed or want to make a change. She and Jorge lead the construction from layout to the final occupancy certificate. Jorge is probably the hardest working man I’ve dealt with in a very long time. The Man, The Myth, The Legend! He makes your project feel like his only priority, and you can feel the genuine care he has for every little detail. He wants it done right and will make sure it’s done right and actually knows how to get it done right. I appreciate perfectionism and when you find someone like him it sure is refreshing. In the end everything is amazing. Our pool is amazing, our stamped and stained concrete is amazing, our pavilion is amazing, our fireplace and tiling is amazing, even our sod is amazing! It’s all just amazing!!! 10 out of 10!
