Was lucky enough to be at a birthday dinner that chef Aaron catered. Amazing food from start to finish. Each dish had complex/layered flavors that were soulful. From a delightful salmon and pea sauce, to short rib with sweet potato puree, even a salad that had us all enjoying beets. Aaron such a good host and we loved hearing about what went into each dish. He also brought homemade granola and I could not stop eating it, I wish I had some now.It was a wonderful dining experience and highly recommend him.

We used Chef Aaron for a dinner while in Napa and was excellent! The food and drinks were great. He made sure we were happy and enjoying the evening the whole time including specialty pre dinner cocktails while watching the sunset. I would love to have him again and highly recommend!

Chef Aaron was amazing. Not only was the food spectacular but he was so accommodating to our timeline while visiting Sonoma. He truly made my wife’s birthday a one of a kind experience I can’t thank him enough.

We had Aaron in for a private dinner for my wife’s birthday and it did not disappoint!! Would recommend him to anyone. We had a group of 6, the food was incredible and enjoyed by all. Reasonably priced, and menu exactly as described. Left no trace upon departure and leftovers neatly packaged in the refrigerator. WHAT A TREAT!!

Chef Aaron and his staff are AMAZING. We celebrated a special event in a residence at Carneros Resort in Napa and hosted 8 guests- literally every one of us enjoyed EVERY dish. We went to RH the following night, which was also amazing- but everyone agreed Chef Aaron’s spread was superior. The dishes and flavors were ones none of us had experienced. He was timely and personable. Yes it’s an investment but honestly, totally reasonable for what’s provided. You’ve found the man to do your event, trust me, book him.
