As a realtor this HONEST, DEPENDABLE company has ALWAYS been my go to for all things HVAC and beyond. Jay and Dalton are AMAZING....without me knowing, a seller of mine had an issue with her HVAC not working. In a panic she called A Real Shady company and they tried to take advantage of her. She called my crying hysterical because she was told she needed a new condenser at $4K+ and then they sent a bull dog to her home to try and upsell her an ENTIRE unit at $17K+.!! I told her to have them leave IMMEDIATELY and without hesitation I called Jay at Service Works. Dalton came out the NEXT day and guess what....the unit was FIXED and the bill was $270.
