I grew up as a child in a salon every two week with my grandmother. So I am more than familiar with the dynamics of the type of atmosphere. Hair products, flat irons going, and serious faces concentrating on the style ahead. But experiencing Keyosha (she said we can call her Key/Mrs. Key) was seriously a breath of fresh air. She came to the top of the stairs to greet me with the brightest smile and warmest personality, and my baby was instantly comfortable with her. Now, my child has very coily hair and a VERY tenderrrr scalp. So, I knew it would be a challenge. But Key handled her with so much care, patience, and gentleness. We got a shampoo, conditioning, blowout, cut/trim, and a GORGEOUSLY braided style. Seriously worth every single penny and more. Her professionalism was outstanding, too. She didn’t have to come out of her bag with customer service/conflict resolution with me, but I saw her in action with another client’s guardian having an issue with her child’s hair. Kay stepped in and helped another stylist with so much care and grace, WHILE doing my baby’s hair. Mind blowing service!As long as I have the funds to not only pay her, but tip her WELL, she is where we will be for my princess’ tresses. And we are here, 9 days later, looking just as fresh and beautiful as when we left. She said 3-4 weeks, and I instantly thought…ehhh. We shall see. I am humbly standing to be corrected. DEFINITELY will make it to 4 weeks with no issues. I cannot wait to return for our next appt!

Experience You Salon and Spa is one of the best. My consultation with Joselyn the owner/stylist and Keyosha natural hair stylist was above standards. The salon has so much positive energy. We discussed the proper way to maintain natural hair. They addressed all of my concerns. Keyosha (Key) has a gentle touch. Light as a feather. My first appointment I got Comb Twist. They held up through 5 days of fitness. I knew I found my natural hair stylist. I packed up all of my natural hair products and accessories and gave them to Key. Now I have a standing appointment.

Joselyn is a great stylist!! She is professional, she cares about the “health” of your hair, listens to your particular needs and is kind. In the two years that I have been going to see her, my hair is now the longest and healthiest it has ever been.

My experience at Experience You Was simply amazing. I suffer with alopecia, and I’ve been looking for a salon that was capable of allowing me to be free of wearing wigs. I found experience you on Google search and I contacted the owner. Jocelyn, she gave me a consultation, we worked together To determine what the best route would be for me with someone with alopecia, well, she was able to create a style for me by creating the hairstyle that I wanted through weaving the hair that actually looks as though the hair is growing from my scalp..My family loved it, I love what she has done for my hair. Josolyn is very professional, she’s kind, and her work is phenomenal. I give her AAA plus, for the work that she does. I would recommend her salon to all women that is looking for a professional hairstylist, that knows her craft.
