The owner was out on vacation and sent his son in on not only a day that was supposed to be closed, but also a terrible snowy weather day!! I've never felt so prioritized and like the customers satisfaction was the most important part of the interaction ever when making a purchase up until today.Keith let us take our time in trying out different mattresses and helped us to determine which bed would be the most comfortable for both me and my girlfriends sleep needs. There was some trial and error however with his expertise and honest insight we finally got it narrowed down and we couldn't be happier with our purchase.We will be consistent repeat customers and recommend all of our family friends and loved ones. Let me start by saying I was not prepared to buy a mattress today. I only wanted to look and get an idea of my options. I didn't really want to spend thousands of dollars at the drop of a hat. Well, I did end up buying a mattress BUT spent way less with much better quality than I had expected! I was given freedom to look at everything in the store, knowledge about each mattress and warranty that is unmatched by the big brand stores. I wish I had found this place before I dropped 5k on a king mattress 3 years ago. I'll definitely be going back for future purchases!
