Joel came to repair my refrigerator and dryer. He fixed the refrigerator problem I called about in minutes and also advised me the frig was on it's last leg and to not put any more $ in it. I wasn't surprised and appreciated the advice. He then diagnosed and fixed the dryer (which hadn't been working right for months) in what also seemed like minutes. I told him I'm so appreciative that I'm going to think of him every time I run the dryer! Joel was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He made the experience a breeze. I'm having him back next week to repair my dishwasher!

1995 Maytag, popping when lit. It took a couple trips to understand that not just one but 2 parts needed to be replaced. Kyle was very professional, patient, careful, informative and friendly. Works great again. The second part was replaced w no additional labor charge. Total cost might seem high but this is a quality item that likely has another 30 years in it.

Mak was the best repair person I have ever found for our washer/ dryer. After 3 other people I paid to come attempt to fix our dryer that kept having problems. Mak came in and thoroughly diagnosed the problem and fixed it for good! So thankful for this honest company & Mak!
