I called them Wednesday and Kyle came out Thursday am, they sent text when he was on his way within the window time. It was easy to book and he fixed our oven issues perfectly. He even fixed a separate issue the oven door and got our llama pepper Shaker that was lost in the black hole that is the back of the oven in an extremely tight spot. Kyle was great, left everything clean and fixed our issue in under 2 hrs. The pricing was reasonable, stuck to the window time, and for the first time my dogs didn’t bark at a stranger. Great energy, polite, fixed the problem fast. Highly recommend!!

I really enjoy working with these guys. Appliance repairs can be tricky- all of the electronic parts and things that could go wrong can be difficult to diagnose, and very expensive to replace. I appreciated being able to set an appt very quickly and having someone come on schedule who knows their stuff and works hard to do the best, most thorough repair possible. For a fair, reasonable price! I had the pleasure of working with Joel to fix the evaporator on my built-in fridge and the repair involved welding and even repairs needed on factory issued brand new parts, but he was able to accomplish every single thing that needed to be done, and it works perfectly now. They work on all appliances, and I have full confidence to call them if any of my appliances have a problem in the future. Highly recommend! 👌🏽

We had More Than a Fix out to look at our washing machine. Took her (Mac) 5 minutes to determine it was our sewer that was backed up, not the washer. So we had her look at our freezer. In 10 minutes she knew exactly what was wrong. (Note: we'd had 2 other repair people out who said we needed a new motherboard. Nope. It was a solenoid.) They had to order the part, then came back 3 days later and fixed it. Prices were reasonable. So now we know who to call!

So happy with the service at More Than a Fix!! Mak came to our house in San Juan Capistrano on a Sunday and was very knowledgeable about our problem. Unfortunately our washer is terminally ill. Mak gave us some great information that we used to select a new unit. Thank you for coming out on such short notice!!!

We have an old built in refrigerator that stopped making ice, among other things. I called More Than a Fix on a Sunday and they came out Monday afternoon. While the first diagnosis (the least expensive fix) didn't completely fix the problem, they worked with us on price to purchase the more expensive part that was needed. Dimitri, our service provider, was smart, nice and very thorough. He wouldn't leave until he knew it was fixed. I also received a followup call the next day to make sure everything was working correctly. Will definitely use them again.

Our built in refrigerator stopped cooling. We contacted More Than A Fix and they responded immediately. They had a tech at our door the next day. They quickly diagnosed the problem, performed the fix, and were in their way. The fix was efficient and reasonable.We would call them next time without hesitation…this is our new appliance service and we will be loyal customers!
