I initially found Big Al's 360 Photobooth doing a Google search, not knowing that he was located in Dallas. Our conference was held in San Antonio this year, but he was able to accommodate and travel to San Antonio to provide his services at a very reasonable travel cost along with the services of both photobooth.We had a 2-part conference - all business during the day and dinner/awards in the evening. I was shocked that he arrived extra early and already had the equipment setup HOURS before the actual evening portion of the conference.It ended up being a huge hit for the participants; they had so much fun using both the photobooth and the 360- rotating photobooth.I HIGHLY recommend using his services for your upcoming event(s). I will most definitely be using his services again, hopefully it would be at a closer location, but his number is officially locked in my phone for future entertainment services.ThanksAlvin

Please work on how you communicate with people, especially when someone is simply asking for a quote. Don’t ask me how much I would like to be charged if you already know the service isn’t something you offer.When I gave you the amount, your response, “When you find whoever can do that, let me know so I can hire them,” came across as very sarcastic and unnecessary.All you had to say was, “No, unfortunately, we don’t offer that service.” That would have been completely fine, and we could have both gone on about our day. There was no need for the sarcastic response.
