Fantastic experience if you enjoy being overquoted. Had an issue with our hot water system and was quoted just under $1000. Got a second opinion from another plumber, who identified that it simply needed a thermostat fixed and sorted the issue for less than $200. And the cherry on top? Being asked to pay almost $400 for his "time", despite his website clearly advertising FREE QUOTES. Apparently, a free quote isn't quite so free after all. A second opinion really does pay off. Would recommend getting another quote before committing to anything. Would NOT recommend Jimmy at all.

Jimmy came to my friend’s property to identify a leakage that led to a high water bill. My friend was an elderly that spoke little English. Jimmy patiently showed her how to isolate her water usage to minimise further leakage charges, then kindly moved his jobs around to fix the leaking pipe on the same day, and at a very reasonable price! We highly recommend Jimmy’s kind, prompt and professional service!
