The GC was incredible, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely easy to work with. Communication was consistent throughout the entire project, timelines were met, and the attention to detail in the finished work speaks for itself. Every time I had a question or concern, someone actually picked up the phone and gave me a real answer. No runaround, no excuses. They did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it. The crew was respectful, the job site was kept clean, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend Building SD. They’ve done multiple projects with me and each time have shown up, gotten the job done, and handled things with professionalism. The most difficult thing to find in construction is good communication and thankfully Till and Michael (owners) do a great job with that. I always felt taken care of and knew the job would be done right.

This summer we used BuildingSD for some urgent work at our properties. The team is attentive and professional and assessed our needs right away. They provided us with recomendations and scheduled the job within the week. The team worked efficiently and the electrical work was completed very quickly, faster than promised. My tenants were very pleased.Ive used the company for unit turnover cleanings and trash haulaway as well. Their prices are more than competive and they are fast and efficient. We will continue to seek their services out in the future.
