This summer we used BuildingSD for some urgent work at our properties. The team is attentive and professional and assessed our needs right away. They provided us with recommendations and scheduled the job within the week. The team worked efficiently and the electrical work was completed very quickly, faster than promised. My tenants were very pleased. I've used the company for unit turnover cleanings and trash haulaway as well. Their prices are more than competive and they are fast and efficient. so happy with how everything turned out with BuildingSD!! honestly i was dreading a big remodel because of all the horror stories you hear but these guys were awesome. they actually finished ahead of schedule which i didn't even think was possible in san diego lol. the communication was the best part.. i always had a direct line to our project manager so i never felt like i was being ignored. plus they have this pre-construction process that meant zero surprise costs or change orders once they started. definitely call them if you want someone professional who actually shows up when they say they will!
