We booked a Sprinter van to take our family downtown, and overall it was a great experience.The booking process was easy and professional, though there was some confusion around our quote that could have caused issues. Thankfully, Melanie stepped in and completely turned things around. She was fantastic, ensured everything was handled smoothly, checked in the day of, and even shared her personal contact to stay connected.Our driver, Abdula, was equally impressive, professional, kind, and extremely reliable. He navigated us in and out of our event efficiently and stayed in touch throughout the day.Excellent service from start to finish. We will definitely be using Limo Royale again, 10/10.

Fantastic service all the way around with this company. I booked an early morning pickup for 3am on a Sunday and the driver arrived 10 minutes early and waited in the driveway until 3am. He then insisted on loading all of our luggage for us (there were 4 of us and 6 suitcases).The vehicle was brand new, very clean, smelled nice and there were bottles of water waiting for us. Pleasant conversation and a smooth ride to the airport.A week later when we landed home I realized that I forgot to book a ride home from the airport. I called Limo Royale from the baggage claim and they had a driver there within 10 minutes. Similar great experience to our first ride.I was very happy with the service my family and I received from Limo Royale and I would highly recommend them.I will be calling again for my next trip.

Highly recommend this service, prompt, friendly and drive at a normal speed! Was an issue with other services. They were able to accommodate our group of 6 with luggage!!
