We had an emergency with our pontoon lift(the winch snapped) and Parker and his crew were able to get the lift functioning again right away! Originally we thought we may not be able to use our pontoon over the 4th, but no worries. We were also able to book them to remove our dock and lifts this fall for the dredging and to put it all back in the spring. The communication has been very smooth and easy! Many thanks, Parker!

Awesome experience with the ShorePro team. We had a large hand-wheel type Shore Station lift with a spring-loaded helper motor for our boat. After the 3rd motor in 8 years died, we decided to replace with a direct drive motor (no more wheel) and a control pendant which they hung from the canopy right next to the captains seat. What an improvement! ShorePro team was super professional from original quote to execution - on-time, no surprises, looks and works so much better.

We have used their services for years and appreciated all their help. One important distinction is they let us know if there are areas of concern that we weren’t aware of and they take of the issues. We have purchased lifts from them and were veeery happy with installation/repairs aaaand gave warnings for dangers with weather and winds etc to prevent damages. I think you will find they are the business to choose and seriously, we are at peace knowing things are getting done right….. HMT
