From the very beginning, meeting Jeremy to the team Dan, Liam, Eli and Jesua, we were very impressed with their knowledge, expertise and courtesy. The two days the team installed the panels and battery were very hot and humid, but that didn't deter their enthusiasm and thoroughness to complete the job within that time frame. We would allocate 6 stars if we could for such excellent workmanship.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Jeremy and his team did an amazing job beginning to end...[insert more original glowing review info which I've since deleted]A few months after installation, in Dec 2024, I had a small roof leak under the solar panels. I contacted the director, Jeremy Ball, several times over the next few months, and despite him telling me that someone would be out to fix it several times, nothing was done.Then he simply stopped responding at all.The small leak was never fixed: It turned into a Big Leak and became a serious and expensive problem.I raised a complaint with the Building Commission, who informed me that the legal entity that was trading as FirstSunSolar was deregistered, so they couldn't help me. They went into liquidation in July 2024 & were deregistered when that process was finalised a year later.Jeremy Ball has since created a new legal entity under which he continues to run the business with the same trading name of FirstSunSolar.As a customer of the previous liquidated, deregistered business, my warranty is as good as worthless.Buyer beware.

Javan from First Sun and Cristian from Harvest Power were absolutely amazing! Without them, I wouldn’t have the main infrastructure for my solar system - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️It’s just a shame that I bought a second hand inverter and battery system from the owner where the batteries were so old and out of date(manufactured in 2015), that 3/5 of them were useless and wouldn’t charge, while the 2 barely functioning ones left hold their charge but the power is sucked from them if you use any power whatsoever. It has made me research into purchasing new batteries from a seperate company that actually specialises in off grid systems.
