I'm so grateful to Gina and her team for creating the best experience I've had at a salon before. So far I've had 4 of 8 laser hair removal sessions, and already seen an amazing difference in growth.Since developing PCOS several years ago, my self-esteem has taken a hit. After very disppointing results from another clinic, I was hesitant to risk the expense of a second fruitless attempt. However, Gina's honesty, warmth and depth of knowledge quickly earned my trust in her as a person and professional. She has consistently gone above and beyond to effectively treat me, thoroughly targeting all areas of insecurity whilst easing any inevitable discomfort from the laser.Where chronic health issues have made it hard to always keep appointments, Gina has been equally generous with her time as with her services, showing great care and understanding whenever I've had to reschedule. Both her kindness and expertise are second to none, as are the salon’s overall levels of cleanliness, calm and comfort.I’m moving out of Knightsbridge in a few months, but I will not be moving away from this salon for any future beauty treatments. I had an amazing facial here and couldn't be happier with the results. My skin was very dry and I had some pigmentation concern. The therapist tailored the treatment perfectly for my needs. I had a deeply hydrating facial combined with radio waves to target blemishes and pigmentation. My skin immediately looked more plump, hydrated and refreshed. The difference was visible straight away- my complexion looked smoother, brighter and healthier. The treatment was relaxing yet very effective, and I felt truly looked after throughout.I'm extremely happy and looking forward to top up treatment in six weeks. Highly recommend!
