AVOID! went in to have my old nails removed, the lady was new and wasn’t too sure how to remove them, I had nails flipping in my hair, eyes she then called her colleague who had a really bad / rude attitude started to use the drill on the nails who then started to hurt me cause the drill was being used in the same area for so long and was causing a strong heat (burning my nails) I had to remove m... The facial had multiple stages - chemical peel, hydration, crystal clear microdermabrasion, and extra... More

The facial had multiple stages - chemical peel, hydration, crystal clear microdermabrasion, and extraction from congested areas! Then the HIFU across the face and neck (bit painful around the jawline area but hoping it’ll be worth it) The effects of the latter are not seen yet (expected in 6-8 weeks I think) but my skin looked great and I was mostly pleased with the way the skin tag healed (a tiny white dot where the tag once was). I Would give it 0 stars if I could. The biggest disappointment ever! Would never recommend! I was in London for a well needed holiday a couple months back. Went to Knightsbridge advanced beauty for some pampering and decided to get myself a manicure, pedicure and a facial. May I just begin by saying how unhygienically disgusting the treatment room was. The towels on the bed looked like they were used for weeks without a wash. Dust everywhere in the room and very unclean working stations. I was offered a hot drink, which I asked for a Cappuccino and was given a very cheap tasting filtered coffee with it's filter on top of a unwashed cup with stains inside,which also came with out of date biscuits. I kindly asked for some sugar, which was given to me in a pot which didn't have a lid on, and only god knows how much of bacteria it may contain (just revolting). After my facial, I had a manicure and a pedicure and the same time. I was very rudely disappointed by the comment the owner made whilst doing my pedicure . she said "You have hair on your legs. We have laser and have special offer on for the summer. Come and have laser done"!Which I personally think is a disgrace. Disgusting practice. Do not use your hard earned money here! Only care about making money! Don’t care at all about customers. Not worth the money you pay! AVOID THIS PLACE! Go somewhere else with your money. Less

Got my first ever manicure and my experience was really positive: quiet, fuss free salon (no need for small talk if you don't want to), quick and mess free and I loved it how thorough my nail technician was with my cuticles. :) Also, lovely front of house! Will def come back for pedicure and recommend to all my friends. oxox Less
