Carlos and his small team did a great job. Apart from the actual renovation of the bathrooms, he got us a discount on tiles/fittings through Builders Discount Warehouse and took care of most other elements that we weren't able to handle ourselves. He offered us a reduced price to complete both our bathrooms (though one was a patch-up while the other was a full renovation). While his quote did not include tiles or extra likes trims, glue etc, in the end adding up his quote with our own required purchases, things ended up on par or slightly cheaper than the 2-3 other quotes we received. Plus, Carlos is easy to get along with and is generally a lovely guy and in the end, that's why we went ahead with CMM over others. He also checked in with us a few days later and helped determine other plumbing issues that we already had that previous plumbers hadn't fixed properly. All in all, CMM were great, can't complain :-)

CMM Renovations installed my Kaboodle kitchen and I am thrilled with the result. There was some structural change required too and this was handled expertly. Carlos and his team were professional, reliable and thorough. At the end of each day they left the work area clean and tidy, limiting the disruption as much as possible. Carlos was easy to get in touch with, he responded promptly to any queries I had, and he kept me informed along the way. I would certainly recommend CMM Renovations to anyone considering doing any renovations. Thank you CMM Removations.
