OBEX gave me peace of mind! I am a new homeowner and when we bought our house we found signs of mice in our crawl space and garage. Originally I went to Orkin and they only set up some cheap snap traps and then left. Didn’t talk to me, didn’t explain what they were doing, just placed them randomly and said I was all good to go. This was my first time dealing with this, and just felt like that wasn’t gonna be enough for me. When I called OBEX Solomon extensively addressed each one of my concerns, came up with a game plan, and reassured me that what was happening is completely normal around this time of year. OBEX sent out Eric and he too was amazing. He showed me the heavy duty bait boxes that he was placing not only in my crawl space but outside the house. Then Eric talked me through all of the work he was going to do. After he left I felt confident that my home was going to be pest free. Definitely hire them if you’re looking for a local company that care about their customers and their homes!

Ethan was an excellent technician. Very nice and professional in his demeanor. He was tolerant of the dogs, played fetch to keep them away from the chemicals and was communicative about coming in and out of the house and quick in his service.Hopefully the pests stay away!

Eric did a great job of communicating the time of his arrival and arrived right on time. He immediately got to work and assessed my mouse problem. He then asked about any other issues in the house regarding insects or other creatures. He told me exactly how he planned to treat the mouse problem. He used bait stations. As my home in a construction area and there is a lot of work being done around the house, he did a great job of going out and assessing the situation and putting bait stations where needed. He also sprayed the house for spiders and added granules around the outside for a barrier. He then told me to expect a follow up and to call if there were any problems.I thought the job was thorough and at a fair price.
