I contacted a few different pest controls to compare rates, scheduling, and services. Obex quickly responded, gave quotes and answered all questions I had. They were flexible with working around my schedule to be able to help me with my ant problem. To be honest we had struggled with ants since we bought our house 8 years ago and my expectations were not very high just because I had never gone through a professional, I had always tried to do home remedies or over the counter sprays. I had an infestation of ants outside as well as inside my home. My kids would drop a piece of food on the floor and within 30 minutes I had a whole little colony in my kitchen. Obex made it easy to communicate via text and schedule my services. Obex sent out their technician Ethan to come spray the inside and outside of my home. I was concerned about the product because I had dogs and small children and they assured me once dried everyone would be safe. Ethan was very knowledgeable and talked me through what products they used and what he was going to do while walking around spraying my home. My first spray was mid February (inside & out) and my second spray 2 days ago (outside only), I waited so long to leave a review to see if this really helped my problem. I am here to tell you, the kids dropped food on the floor and I had left it there for days (i'm not proud) but wanted to see if this spray really helped, and I have not seen even 1 ant in sight! Finally something that worked! I am so grateful for Obex and Ethan! Also, my puppies and small kiddos have had no issues with the products Obex used! Definitely recommend their services!
