Matt did a great job of guiding us through the housing market. With his experience he was able to help us make decisions as first time home buyers that we never considered. Me and wife had a goal to buy a house which we worked so hard to save money for and Matt was able to help us to the finish line. Highly recommend anyone to use his services here in the Triangle

We had an outstanding experience working with Matt. He took the time to show us the area in a way that really helped us understand the different neighborhoods and what might be the best fit for our lifestyle. He even went out of his way to show us communities outside our original focus area, and it was clear he was just as knowledgeable there too. He went the extra mile for us.He quickly zeroed in on the types of neighborhoods and homes that matched what we were looking for, which made the entire process feel efficient and personalized. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide to help us get to know the area and explore homes that truly fit our needs. Highly recommended.

Matt represented us as buyers and his performance was exceptional! Matt is very personable and professional and he went "the extra mile" to address some of concerns with the property post-inspection. Additionally, Matt connected us with outstanding resources for many of the required items relative to the transaction, i.e. inspections, lending and settlement. We greatly appreciate Matt's dedication and strongly recommend his services.

Matt represented us in the recent sell of our home. We were fortunate to have him recommended to us by family members who have known him for years. While we encountered some challenges along the way, we were always confident in knowing Matt had our best interests at heart and approached every interaction with integrity. We were especially grateful for his guidance when we ran into an issue the day of our scheduled closing - he stepped in to make sure we made it across the finish line. It's clear he has many years of experience in the industry and is a true pleasure to work with. My husband and I recommend him whole heartedly.

Matt went above and beyond my expectations in search for a home. We are new to the area and he helped guide us to a great home in a great location. He was patient through the circumstances throughout the process, and in the end, got us a great deal. I was much appreciated for all his hard work and diligent negotiations. I would highly recommend him and would reach out to him for his services again in the future.

I found Matt through google reviews and I was not disappointed. I contacted Matt on a Friday for the first time as I found a property of interest. He answered all my general questions about a first time home purchase, we toured the home on the Saturday morning and made an accepted offer shortly thereafterafter. Matt’s market knowledge in the triangle area were invaluable in my purchase decision and negotiations as I just moved here from out of state. He was very responsive and guided me through the whole process. Everything went very smooth from start to finish. I am very pleased with my new home and highly recommend Matt, especially to an unknowledgable buyer like myself that needed extra guidance.

I'm so glad I found Matt to help us with purchasing our first home, especially since we were going to do this remotely. Matt is reliable, easygoing and sincere, and he spent a lot of time taking us around to look at houses when we were in town so that it was a very productive day. We also felt like we were meeting with a friend more than a real estate agent. Matt has lived in the triangle area for many years and knows the area well, and can give plenty of professional advice and local recommendations. There was no pressure communicating with him and he was very patient in helping us look for the answer for anything we needed. He also presented acute insight when we were setting up our bid against competing offers. When we ended up not being able to fly in town to close on the house, Matt helped us through zoom to do everything remotely. We are so happy and thankful we found our dream townhouse in Cary and we will look you up to say hi when we move back Matt! Thanks a lot!

My wife and I highly recommend Matt from Keller Williams! He has excellent knowledge of the house market, and he gives practical and sound advice. Matt was very professional and supportive during the whole process of selling our home. Very professional, Matt I enjoyed working with you!

Matt Peedin helped me tremendously in my additional research to help prove that an individual was being dishonest to a court about his current address. The individual was attempting to avoid being served, among other ulterior motives, and Matt took his time to provide me with evidence necessary to prove that the individual currently owns and resides at that address. He went to great lengths to explain that even if he had sold it or wasn’t living there, his mailing address on file would most certainly be different than his home residence. Matt was highly informative, very professional, and I am very grateful for the time he took at the end of the day to help me. Thank you Matt!

As we embarked on this selling the Apex townhouse we owned for 18+ years, I wanted someone who knew what they were doing, was good to work with, and I felt confident that I could do everything with a handshake (if deals could be done that way). Matt Peedin was very much that person and I appreciate all he did for us.Matt provides help and guidance without being pushy. We had an excellent outcome. He knows the market and everything around the process from listing through the closing. He was there each step of the way and I recommend Matt without reservation as a fine man who also happens to be an excellent Realtor. We were happy to have found him.

My husband and I love Matt! He helped us buy our current home (10 years ago) and has helped us again recently as we start the search for the next one. He has such great insight into houses and offers his detailed opinions, which we are so grateful for—he usually points out things we would have never thought of. He’s also incredibly patient—always willing to put up with the emails/texts/urgent house tour requests.
