I found Matt through google reviews and I was not disappointed. I contacted Matt on a Friday for the first time as I found a property of interest. He answered all my general questions about a first time home purchase, we toured the home on the Saturday morning and made an accepted offer shortly thereafterafter. Matt’s market knowledge in the triangle area were invaluable in my purchase decision and negotiations as I just moved here from out of state. I'm so glad I found Matt to help us with purchasing our first home, especially since we were going to do this remotely.
