As someone who has many reviews of businesses and with my experiences with Freddy thus far, I see why this shop has 5 stars. Though my BMW hasn't reached Freddy's shop yet, I know it'll be a better experience than how other shops operate.The negative experiences I am having at another shop, who will not be named at the moment, is not going to be the case with Freddy and A&G Auto Body. Freddy and A& G will do what all successful businesses do: listen to the customer, communicate every step of the way, give updates, be upfront, don't mislead the customer into thinking their car is being worked on when it isn't and value their time, unlike the other shop.Freddy is a man and professional who is stand up, straight forward, and he possess two qualities that every business and their employees should have, ability to listen to the customer and communicate: explaining to them each step of the way what is going on so they're not guessing or wondering what is going on if there is a delay with getting their car back. Let me tell you from experience, your car will be in great hands. I am still dealing with an experience with another business who has had my car way too long, over 7 months to be exact. It's hard getting updates from the other shop, when I do text or call, it's looked at like I just need to keep waiting, not knowing what is going on. I have to drive there from work about 30 miles away just to get updates. Sometimes my texts are not answered. Some things I don't find out about unless it's after the fact.There's even a point when it seemed like I was being blamed for the length of time, 7 months it's taken, being told, "It's all the things you asked to be done that is making it take too long." Seriously, a few things that should only take at most a month or two, now justifies the 7 month time it's taking? The amount of excuses I've been getting is a lot. I kept asking about my car and I finally got the truth from the other shop, which is the car would go days without being worked on! Nothing justifies having a customer's car 7 months. If there's trouble finding a part, ask the customer early on to know if they want to collaborate and help expedite the process.
