There are dozens and dozens of window companies out there. It can be difficult to figure out who to go with. Sergio made that decision easy. After multiple quotes with that same “while I’m here only” nonsense from sales folks that I’ll never see nor hear from again after signing the contract, I spoke with Sergio over the phone and through text. He made it so easy it almost felt like I was taking advantage of HIM! He answered all of my (many) questions in a very timely manner without making me feel like I was being a burden. Truly the opposite of high pressure. We started off with windows, but it was such a great experience that I added a full slider replacement (which we weren’t planning on doing for a few years). Not only that, but I needed some kind of “out of scope” help with my shed and he was so accommodating, he really didn’t need to help with what he did. Not only that, but I had a weird situation that he had to bring his wife Jackie (WPP architect) into the fold and wouldn’t you know it, SHE was just as helpful and accommodating! I mean, seriously, crack team from management. The crew was great, organized, did clean work that looked fantastic. My biggest complaint actually was they actually showed up too early! AND 0% no payment financing?? I mean, does it get better?Lastly, I always say that the true test of a business is not how they do when things go right, but how they handle things that may go wrong. There was a slight mishap during installation, and Sergio and Jackie took care of it in quickly and with absolute professionalism.Only 5 stars allowed but would give 10 if I could! I will absolutely be using Sergio and crew for future window and door projects!!

The crew was phenomenal, very respectful, answered and addressed all my questions, was on time, very, very, helpful in rehanging, my Venetian blinds and reinserting both my Window air conditioners. The window place plus is 'the place' to go to get quality windows at a reasonable price. From the owner, his associates, to the installers; they were all a class act. They exemplify professionalism and clearly take pride in the job they do. They truly understand the meaning of customer service. I will definitely be using them again for my remaining windows!
