Edited my 5 star review to 1.I've rented from them 4 times in the last 18 months. While I did appreciate the self serve style the cars where pretty dirty. Get what you pay for right? It was cheap so get a dirty car, whatever.This last time I rented thier site forced me to accept thier insurance. Even though I uploaded my docs.This company is more interesting in that quick $50 than the repeat business. I has made the mistake of thinking the owner would make it right. That was a mistake. Even decided to charge an extra $50 claiming the gas tank wasn't full. Wasn't full whem I got it either.Bottom line, if you want a cheap smelly car with ZERO service this is your place. If you want to maybe be appreciated for being a repeat customer. This isn't the company.If you have an issue, this isn't the company. Want anything beyond the bear minimum this is not your company.At this point Im paying $89 a day for a Hertz rental because that feels better than giving this company $60 a day.That's how bad it is, rather throw $150 a week away then give them another dime

Rented a Pacifica from them in Feb 2026 on very short notice. I worked with Megan out of Appleton, but picked the car up in Fond du Lac. The process was friendly, Megan was great, and the car was as expected. Returning the car was a breeze too. Well done.

This is the only place I will rent l, there need to be more branches. Easy online reservations, 24/7 pickup and drop-off, they answer texts within minutes any time of day and solve your problem. And did I mention, half the price of Enterprise and Hertz?

If you're looking for a brand new car with all the features you probably want to go somewhere else. However, if you're looking for a personable company that's going to give you a reliable vehicle that's going to get you from point A to point B and make everything super easy for you, this is your company. My experience was phenomenal from the moment I found them online till the moment I dropped off the vehicle. I had to extend the amount of time that I needed my car it was seamless and so easy. My deposit was returned immediately. I can't say enough good things. Thank you so much for being there when I needed you!

I have been renting with this company for about a year now and I'm never disappointed! They are very professional and incredible to rent with.
