Where do I start. I had put in an offer on a home and it was contingent on the sale of my home. To make a long story short I spoke with Becca a few hours right before our timeline was up for this home because I was rejected by another loan company for this particular type of loan. someone had an all cash offer in and it was last minute literally, Becca worked her magic. She ended up getting some info from us and worked some numbers, made some calls at 9pm and pulled through. Our deadline was midnight.
