What an amazing weekend, thank you James for your authenticity and guiding us through the breath work. This retreat is an incredible way to connect to yourself and learn more about your breathing. I definitely recommend going! Cheers,

If you’re thinking about attending one of the Phoenix Fire Nights or a retreat, my advice is simple… Book it and Give yourself that gift. I recently attended the two day Phoenix Breathwork retreat in St Helens in Dublin, it was so much more than a breathwork retreat. It was a beautiful, powerful and deeply emotional journey of letting go, reconnecting with myself and finding a little more of the light within. The energy, the connection, the vulnerability and the safe, loving space to simply be yourself were incredibly special. There were moments when emotions came to the surface that I didn’t even realise I was holding onto. Moments of vulnerability, release, tears and a feeling of finally being able to just let go. It’s hard to explain what happens when you allow yourself to stop being strong for everyone, stop holding everything together and just breathe… just feel… just be. Just like the phoenix rising from the ashes, this experience was a beautiful reminder that we can always begin again, stronger, softer and more connected to who we truly are. A big thank you to James and the Angels for creating such a special space and making these events happen.

I attended the weekend event in Dublin alone and from the moment I walked into the space I felt safe, secure and guided. I had the opportunity to meet so many grounded and beautiful souls that everyday life may not give those opportunities. James and the Angels were absolutely wonderful to learn from and they have simplified some everyday useable techniques that can be weaved into a busy life… Very thankful for the weekend, the facilitators and the experience..,

It was wonderful! The setting inside the church was absolutely magical, and the staff (aka angels!) were incredibly warm and welcoming. James guided the ceremony with such a relaxed and trustworthy energy that made it easy to feel comfortable and let go. My partner and I attended together, which made the experience even more special. Sharing this breathwork journey together was something truly beautiful. An experience I would definitely recommend!

I had a crazy powerfull experience at the breathwork workshop in Leiden. I finally could let go of so much emotions i’ve held down for years i didn’t even know i had. Thankyou James and the Angels, i can reccomend it to everyone to atleast try it once!!

2026-10-05T00:00:00.000Z

Yesterday’s session in Leiden was excellent. From the warm welcome by James and his team to activities that pushed me out of my comfort zone, it was an amazing experience. I’d love to bring what I learned into my daily routine. I would recommend attending the session if you're a bit lost in direction or need to reground

2026-09-30T00:00:00.000Z

I am deeply touched by yesterday. Especially the connection with the other people has really touched me. Looking in the eye of a complete stranger and touching fingers and hugging each other, I met a beautiful soul. It was beautiful, very peaceful and it came at the right time for me. Being in connection with myself and getting to know the old me, the one who has survived so much, the innocent one. I will for sure continue this journey. I loved James and his honesty, you can feel his real intentions ❤️

2026-09-13T00:00:00.000Z

I hadn’t practised breath-work for a few years and so I was a little nervous going to the event but from start to finish this was a fantastic experience! The energy in the room felt very powerful and the way James and the angels guided us through the experience felt safe and also very effective. I felt a lot of energy/memories/emotions surface and release during the experience and I felt a lot of peace after. I can’t recommend this experience more- Go, go, go! 🤩 And thank you to the Phoenix team! 🙏

2026-09-13T00:00:00.000Z

One of the most amazing experiences I have attended, this is a must and if your unsure so it anyway there will be nothing to lose and so much to gain. Such a safe space full of warmth kindness and laughter, i left feeling a joy I hadn’t truly felt in a long time thank you so much and I can’t wait to return 🤍✨

2026-09-09T00:00:00.000Z

Amazing experience! Felt so light and relaxed after it. The energy was amazing in the room and the helpers made everybody feel comfortable, would highly recommend!

2026-09-08T00:00:00.000Z

A super experience ❤️ This was my first time attending a breathwork event, and even though I have practiced different breathing techniques by myself, feeling the energy of many people was a game changer. The event was structured nicely, interactive and fun, and what we’ve learnt is definitely worth sharing. The teaching was rich, but more than that, it was something to be experienced and lived. The atmosphere was so warm and vibrant from beginning to end, unbelievable! Thank you James and the angels 🙏 Carlisle is waiting for you to come back ❤️

2026-09-07T00:00:00.000Z

A very great experience with so much to learn from it. James and the team were very welcoming from beginning till the end. Feeling so much relieved after

2026-09-07T00:00:00.000Z

Absolutely fantastic event, incredibly well run, and a powerful experience for everyone involved. As a yoga teacher I have studied and practiced a lot of breathwork over the past 6 years, so when James invited me along to help him out with his event in Letterkenny I couldn't pass up the opportunity to get involved. James has both a deep understanding of the physiology and psychology of breathwork, and combined with his wonderful ability to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere it made the event something everyone could enjoy and get a lot from, whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner. I have been looking for my next point of study for my own practice and Phoenix Breathwork Method will definitely be my way forward.

2026-09-07T00:00:00.000Z

Galway experience was educational, fun, in no pressure environment where my body felt safe and by Jejssus James is soo funny and I could listen to him reading a phone book but....none of this matters I have severe ADHD rund 4 businesses, stressed out of my eye balls. Chronic stress and RA give me pains in parts of the body that I did not know can hurt and my mind ufffff my body never stops but my mind goes around the whole world every minute and never stops running and.... after event...OMG is like someone switched off the noise in my head and my body just feels soooo calm. Im finally at peace - the war has ended- well for now anyway - but just in case where is that 21 day reset again?! :-) YOU ll be seeing me guys - great front man, great team, great event - Well Done!!! Oh yeah did I mention the music?!? Where can I get this playlist??? Just beautiful!

2026-09-05T00:00:00.000Z

Lived this experience, I would never of anticipated having such a release on my first breath work workshop. I was so held by James and all the crew throughout this amazing journey. Thank you all for being so informed, supportive and expert in this delicate situation. I’d definitely recommend phoenix breath work method.

2026-09-05T00:00:00.000Z

Absolutely unreal event. From the moment I walked in it was magical. Kept well informed and supported throughout. Would highly recommend. Cannot wait to do it again

If I could give more than 5 stars I would, this experience and journey that James and his Angels brought us on in Letterkenny on 30th August was absolutely phenomenal. From start to finish you're made to feel welcome, valued, respected and heard, by welcoming you with a warm hug, to supporting and guiding you through a variety of breathwork methods to then giving the warmest hug to send you home feeling lighter and warm than when you arrived. There are no words to explain this experience other than phenomenal, unique and expressive, you can scream as loud or as quiet as you want without feeling judged. I thought of it like a silent disco where you come to terms with yourself and your breathing. I would highly recommend attending this once in a lifetime experience. Wow, wow, wow.

Thank goodness for an experience like this.. .there are so many issues that people have to deal with in life, that the help they may need in negotiating some of it can be hard to find. James and the team have devised this Breathwork system that really facilitates you in 'having ur own feelings' in ur body, releasing pent-up or unconscious stress/pain/burnout in safe company of others. The emotional support provided by the team of 'Angels' at Fire Night is both gratifying and substantial. I have also found James' follow-up course to be very wise and instructive for managing on-going stress awareness going forward. Thank you

I went to a fire night in Clontarf and found it amazing, was thoroughly bowled over by the experience. I then signed up for a 21 day reset and soon after, the 6 well integration course. I have really enjoyed and benefited from them all. There's a depth and richness to it that I didn't expect. You get from it what you put in. That said, it's all a bit chaotic and haphazard in it's organization - dates move, some technical things don't work well, details are occasionally wrong. But if you can look past that (and you should), then it's an be excellent experience that will add perspective that can improve your life in small, important ways.

What a fantastic company and amazing experience!! To start with, I must say, I was a sceptic and went along to a Fire night "as you've got to try it before you can judge". Results were not immediate on the evening, and it's not a magic wand, but in the days afterwards, I noticed (to my surprise, I had not expected it!) a huge improvement in my tension related issues. I wondered if it was a coincidence, and went to a second fire night to test it out and lo and behold! This time I felt the immediate benefit. (Meanwhile, I've been to 4 and have a further 4 booked). The fire nights are well constructed with headphones with music and guidance, which also helps to let go and have a personal experience, as nobody else can hear you 🙂. The ambient lighting is soothing and the reassuring presence of well trained helpers (called angels 😇,so appropriate!) means that if you feel strong emotions, they are there with you. You are not left on your own. It's an immersive experience that starts with a big hug from the facilitator, which makes you feel instantly welcome. You are invited to follow along the voice of the lead facilitator to regulate your breathing, and it totally depends on yourself, how much or little you want to participate. The deeper you want to go, the more the benefit, but it always remains your choice. It's totally possible to just lie there and not follow suggestions or alter your breathing, as some do, and therefore there's no surprise if the odd individual decides it's not for them. I however have firsthand experienced the benefits of a fire night. A total reset of the nervous system. I was elated this was working for me, but still didn't know how it worked!! Next came the integration programme. A six weeks course, wonderfully put together, combining all elements that make the transformation happen. The interaction between mind and body. The influence of breathing on physiology of the body, as well as the influence of your thoughts, environment and relationships. It's all interconnected and each mental change, brings a physical change with it. A great workbook accompanied the course (all included) where everything is set out comprehensively, and the guided audios arriving each week help, as does the zoom call weekly, where under the leadership of Top facilitators like James and Ben, you get a chance to speak to your fellow students and discuss, other than the chat, which is always available. A very well put together course and in fact the whole company is well organised, including excellent administrative back up behind the scenes by Ana, and makes sure everyone is supported at all times. If you want to know even more and become qualified as a breathwork facilitator, there is a course for this too of 16 weeks, and you would be qualified to assist as one of the angels yourself. Whether you want to go into it this far, or only attend a fire night (or 2 or 3... I promise you will want to come back!), I am confident you will benefit and I highly recommend you come along and give it a try!

I absolutely loved my Phoenix Breathwork experience in Nottingham The session was beautifully led, and the instructors and “angels” created such a calm, welcoming and safe space. I went alone and felt nervous at first, but that quickly disappeared thanks to their warmth and support. I left feeling so much lighter and clearer. I hadn’t realised how much emotional weight I was carrying through grief and loss, but by the end I truly felt something had shifted and been released. It was an incredible experience — almost like a glimpse of enlightenment I would highly recommend Phoenix Breathwork to anyone ready to let go of emotional baggage. Powerful, beautiful and deeply freeing Thank you

I first experienced a Pheonix Fire Night which was immense! I loved every second of it. I have anxiety and it helped me to feel much better in the following days. I then received an email about a 6 week on line integration course which would help me to continue my journey and I decided that the price was reasonable and I wanted to learn how to feel better in my day to day life using my breath. The course is well structured and there is an effort to make sure all learning and engagement styles are catered to. There is an online community, video lessons, audios for the breathwork, a work book and the chance to buddy up and be accountable with another member. There is also an online live call each week to go through the breathwork and discuss how the weeks practise has been. Whatever your style you will find a way to work this course. The workbook has journal prompts and information and if there is anything you want to know you have an easy way in the community to contact team members. I would highly recommend both the Fire Nights and the integration course for anyone feeling stressed, overwhelmed or anxious with day to day life. There are plenty of Fire Nights to choose from and the integration course is online so it is very accessible. I genuinely feel that all the trainers are absolutely dedicated to helping people learn how to regulate themselves, how to get back to themselves and stop the cycle of pushing through everyday life then being overwhelmed and exhausted. The care and consideration is quite apparent. Its the first time I have done a course where I have not felt that money is the only reason they are doing it. There is nothing false or fake about these people, they are genuinely caring.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Phoenix breathwork experience in Leicester. The session was lead beautifully. The instructors & angels ( love that the helpers are called this 😇💫) made a calm, welcoming & safe space. I felt much lighter & gained much more clarity after the experience. I feel like I'd been carrying a lot of emotional baggage and by the end of the session It was incredible & I definitely felt like something had been released/ shifted. It was a taster of enlightenment 🙏🙌😇. I would strongly recommend this to anyone to help them release any unnecessary negative emotions. Love to all the Phoenix breathwork members who made this possible 💖

Absolutely amazing experience in Leicester! I felt so supported throughout the session and really cared for when I let go of emotions I’d been holding onto. To me, it was a powerful experience, and I feel truly grateful to the whole team. Looking forward to booking my next one in Manchester! ✨ Thank you for all the work you do! ❤️
