As you know, follow through and completing projects are Everything. i trust this company and its employees 100%, so not only did they build my pool, they installed a hot tub, did all of the landscape and hardscape, lighting, tree cutting and fencing…. if i left something out, they did that too! i am extremely happy with the job they finished and could not recommend them more! Mike (the owner) and Brian (project manager) are trustworthy, responsive and so very great to work with- could not be happier with my outcome!

Elite Pools recently located and repaired a leak in our pool and we were so impressed with the service they provided. The scheduling process was simple, people who answered the phones were friendly and helpful, the technicians who came to the house were so nice, thorough, and respectful. They took their time explaining the situation to us and showing us the work that was going on, and confirming every detail like color matches on inner components. They went above and beyond and did a complete and total repair, and shocked us when they cleaned the pool and added chemicals bringing everything back to perfect functioning order when they were complete. Of all the companies who have serviced our pool, Elite Pools was hands-down the most pleasant to work with and the most effective at that! Highly recommend!

Our pool project manager, Mike G, did an extraordinary job designing, building and supervising our pool, way beyond our expectations! We needed a pool with disability access and related features and of all the pool companies we interviewed, Mike really understood our needs and was involved and supervised all aspects of the pool, deck, patio, fence and ramp. The tiles he brought us and stamped concrete deck and patio turned out fantastic.We have a beautiful pool that enhances our property. We highly recommend you have Mike supervise all aspects of the pool project, as he made sure everything got done correctly and beautifully. Our neighbor is so impressed with our dream pool, she is already working with Mike building her dream pool. He has delivered everything he promised and more.

Elite Pools built our dream pool and I cannot say enough good things about the amazing job they did. Dustin and his whole team were so fantastic to work with. We have a large hill as our backyard and did not think a pool was even an option, Elite provide a luxury design that fit our yard so well. They built some amazing feature such as a rock wall and waterfalls to not only make a pool possible but make it feel like a private resort. The experience of building was made very easy by such a great team and the result is more than my family could have ever dreamed! I can’t say enough good things about our decision to go with Elite Pools for our pool remodel. Mike the owner took the time to come out and make great suggestions with our remodel. Luis our project manager was exceptional to work with. He got back to us on a timely manner and made sure everything was done correctly and we were happy with the outcome. He was so polite and calm and took a lot of time explaining our new salt water system. They are far the best pool company in my area. I wish I would have used them to install our pool in the first place because the other company we used was a nightmare. Dustin and his team were excellent throughout the entire installation process keeping up to date on everything that was going on and keeping to the budget as close as possible. I am very pleased to write this review. This company has brought back a dying art in the form of outstanding customer service. I attempted to schedule an appointment with elite pool and had a small hiccup in the scheduling. Admittedly it caused me to overreact and call the company to complain and the owner immediately got involved. After a conversation he arrived at my home in less than 20 minutes. He literally could have sent any 1 of his 100 employees yet he himself showed up. He provided me with honesty and a much more skilled approach for my backyard needs. He helped saved me thousands of dollars. I would highly recommend elite pools to be the first and only phone call for all of your backyard needs.

We are starting by saying that we will miss the pool-building process. From our first meeting with Mike, the owner of Elite Pools, and Luis, the Project Manager, we realized this wasn't just about building a pool, but more of an experience. The constant open communication, availability, attention to detail, and solving our drainage issue with the neighbor’s backyard water runoff - the care was evident throughout the process. Luis’s consistent updates on the schedule and his readiness to address any inquiries or concerns instilled confidence and peace of mind in us. Adding a temporary doggy fenced-in area prior to construction and installing sod to get out of the mud zone right as the pool was being completed was tremendously helpful. We just finished our third pool school meeting with Elite Pools and are getting more comfortable every day as new pool owners. To all the Elite pool workers who had a part in building our pool, we are very grateful. We couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome and look forward to creating lasting memories with friends and family.

When we were considering putting in a pool during Covid, friends warned us about pool companies that often ran overtime with little accountability, so we interviewed several companies thoughtfully.  We ended up choosing Elite not just because of their competence and experience, but because of their commitment to personal and responsive communication.  This choice turned out to be pivotal. Throughout our project, and despite port closures and supply chain complications, Elite’s main representative, Dustin, coordinated all work and supported creative design choices with patience, flexibility, and reliability.  The project not only came to a satisfying completion, but the entire experience working with Elite was positive and collaborative from start to finish. Of note, was the gentleman (Kenny) who built the stone wall by hand, piece by piece, and was unusually hardworking and detailed.  Also, the pool cover subcontractor absorbed several challenges smoothly as Dustin coordinated both work and craftmanship.  We could not be more pleased with the lovely and unique pool Elite created for us and our grandchildren.  Thank you, Elite Pools!  Your name fits you well!

I contracted Elite Pools for an in ground pool in Maryland. Michael Giannerini from the company arrived on time and explained the entire process. We were/are excited to do a pretty extensive pool, fireplace, fire pit, patio, and outdoor cooking area. We had made a request for design help and quote and somewhere along the line there were communication issues. The owner and a member of his team quickly reached out to me and corrected the issue and I had a quote within days. I understand things happen, but how they responded to a customer issue was very commendable. Additionally, the owner was able to help us create a vision for what we wanted to create which was very helpful.

This has been by far the best experience I've had with a contractor in all the different projects ive had done in my backyard. The work was phenomenal the guys were punctual and very hard working. They answered my phone calls around the clock even on Sundays when I had questions. It felt like they were working on their own home with how serious they took our project. My wife is very picky and even when things were done right they were able to adjust to what she wanted, they took care of us. What more can we ask for, 5 stars for sure!

We were originally referred to Elite by a friend who does serious researching when planning any major home improvement task and were not disappointed. Elite installed our in-ground salt water pool about 9 years ago and they did an amazing job. We worked directly with Mark and he stepped us through the entire process and helped us create the best free-form design for our space and our budget. Unfortunately, over the years, we didn't maintain the seals around the coping and water made its way under the coping stones and behind the tile causes tiles to pop and stones to loosen. We needed to have the coping stones reset and decided to change our accent tiles. Dustin provided a ton of tile options and did a great job managing the effort. It looks like a brand new pool.
