We received a quote following our first phone call (pricing was great & fit within our budget) and before the order was placed, Bill came onsite to double check all window measurements before placing our order. I have know Bill Taylor for over 50 years and he a man of the highest character and integrity. You can trust what he says! He said the product and his installers were great and he was correct. I had no doubt and Bill proved his character again, his word can be trusted. I had a Property Management Company in Southern California for 43 years, with close to 50 employees , not big but enough people and time to evaluate and appreciate good , hard working, fair and honest people. Bill was great to work with! Before even moving into this house last year, we knew replacement windows were on the horizon. The snowstorm in February of 2022 drove that home (had ice forming on the INSIDE of our circa 1996 builder grade aluminum windows), followed by the hell-on-earth summer of 2022! Our master bedroom has been an oven, baking in the warm glow of the evening sun (even with solar shades). We hoped to keep our business local, and did even better by keeping it in the same neighborhood! Bill's quote was waaaay lower than others (not just by a little). The installers (Danny and Alex) were prompt, professional, and super nice. It was their first time installing this particular line of window (Crystal Vista Series), and they kept raving about how smoothly they operate. The final product turned out great. They look really good (we opted from no gridlines, which really increased the view compared to our old windows), open very smoothly, and provided immediate relief from the heat (once they finished the master, it was getting cooler than normal even while they were still replacing windows in other parts of the house). Our house is now both brighter (by ditching the solar shades) and cooler at the same time. Overall, given the service, price, and product, we feel like we made a good choice. We've hired a number of contractors to help rehab this house, and this was hands down the best experience we've had with any. Thanks Bill!!
