John was able to come out the next day and repair a broken line from the main meter to the valve for the irrigation lines that had developed a slow leak. He figured out the solution and quickly made the repair. While he was here he also repaired a toilet that was not properly filling. Also checked connections on all sinks to make sure that they were fine at no extra charge.

Great service I called John up he grabbed the parts and completed the repair in less than an hour. We got the repair done and even made it down town for Easter bunny pictures and brunch. Best of all he made sure it was done to code and done right with a fair price.

Replaced both toilets, a few months apart. The first went so, I the 2nd one replaced. They are taller, for handy cap person. As for John, he responded very quickly. Professional, knowledgeable, clean, enthusiastic, efficient and most of all fair price. I would strongly recommend.

Many times the GPS brings people to the wrong gate, and I get a call. John listened, and was not only on time, but early.His communication was great, making sure about everything twice, before actually pulling the trigger. Very well done.No last minute price increases, or games. He sent an estimate, at no charge, and completed the job. Paid for the agreed amount, done.. with a warranty.I've had several encounters with some of the other plumbers in this area, both times were less than substandard, and the last one charged me $80 estimate fee...combined with a lousy attitude.I will definitely be using this company in the future.
