We had a great experience. John was professional, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped put us at ease during what started as a stressful plumbing issue.Our shower cartridge was stuck and turned out to be a different configuration than expected, but he handled it calmly, went to get the correct part, and fixed everything properly. He was honest, knowledgeable, and very respectful throughout the process.The work was done well, the pricing was reasonable, and we truly appreciated how he communicated with us every step of the way. We would absolutely recommend him and would use John again without hesitation.

John and James did an excellent job with our plumbing. They relocated our main faucet in our kitchen, added a pot filler, moved a gas line and built a niche for it….the list is too long to say everything they did. They were so thorough.
