I reached out to Narowski Plumbing LLC regarding a few plumbing projects in my new home. This included newly installed heat pump style water heater, wash basin with liberty pump, frost free spigot installs, and complete replacement of the septic lines leading out of my basement. Greg arrived on time to the scheduled walk-through with his apprentice Josh. From the moment I met him and his apprentice, I could tell that there was something different about this company. They took time to patiently listen to all of my questions, comments, and concerns and walked me through within minutes, a plan and ideas that I had never even thought of, that ended up transforming my basement into a highly modernized and worry-free place. They not only took care of my immediate concerns but also addressed other issues and explained all of my options. They were very reasonably priced. They provided a pressure-free quote. The amount of work they needed to do required two full days of work and that was communicated to me well in advance just to make sure they didn't have to rush. You can tell that Greg and his team actually care about the work they do and are genuinely excited to provide more than quality service to their customers. I cannot stress enough if you are looking for a plumber. Narowski Plumbing LLC is the first and only call you will need to make. Genuinely, Thank you for the quality craftsmanship in our first home.

Greg and his team replaced a corroded/failing pipe on my water heater. They were professional and punctual, and Greg was transparent and consistent with his pricing. He also made sure to check the age/warranty on my water heater in advance and explain how his repair aligned with current code. I plan to use his services again for a larger project. Highly recommend

Narowski Plumbing LLC is the absolute best. Greg and Josh installed new shower fixtures and a new faucet for my bathroom sink. They did an excellent job! They came on time and got right to work. They're both very knowledgeable about their job. They answered any questions I had. Price was reasonable. Quality is top notch. When the job was completed, they made sure everything was working properly. Made sure there were no leaks. And cleaned everything up! Wiped out the tub and the tiles! When I first made the appointment, Greg answered my phone call right away and kept in touch with me until the job was complete. The night before he sent me a text to confirm that everything was still on. I really appreciated that. I recommend Narowski Plumbing to anyone who is looking for a reliable plumber. 🔧 🪛 🚿 🛁 🪠 😊

Greg was fantastic and helped me in a critical situation with a busted frozen pipe. Greg kept his word and provided service in less than 24 hours when others couldn't. He was transparent with pricing and informative throughout the entire process. I am extremely grateful for using his services and wished I used him sooner.

Greg is very professional, communicative and knowledgeable. Greg has installed a new water heater, a whole house filtration system, auto water shut off, full bathroom/laundry room install as well as various faucet replacements and smaller service related needs. I would recommend him to anyone. Quality workmanship for a fair rate always stands behind his installs. If you’re looking for a reliable trustworthy professional Greg is your guy!

Greg helped us out when we encountered an emergency. We contacted him in the morning and he arrived within hours (directly following a heavy snowstorm with many others who needed emergency assistance that same day). When we woke up to find our kitchen full of water and a constant drip from the top of our cabinets, Greg and his apprentice worked diligently to figure out the problem and did not stop until they found it. Greg was extremely knowledgeable, professional, clean, and efficient with his time. We will continue to use Greg for any of our plumbing needs and trust that we will be in good hands. Thank you, Greg, for coming to our rescue. We will be forever grateful!
