I brought a pair of earrings to be appraised and was greeted by Saleswoman Donna who took care of my needs right away. I had also brought a ring that I wanted to know if the stones were real and she did some tests and determined that the stones were tanzanite and diamonds which was great news! Back to the earrings, she took me to Jared, their on site gemologist and Diamond GIA. He performed many tests, took many measurements and was very professional and complimentary and presented me with a professional jewelry appraisal. I was very happy with the service at Gennaro Jewelers!

Gennaro Jewelers was highly recommended from a coworker of mine and she was 100% correct. We were walk-ins on a busy Saturday afternoon and Armando greeted us right away with kindness and professionalism which latest throughout the entire process of getting my engagement ring resized up. I was then guided by Liesha who explained the entire process from start to finish and was extremely knowledgeable while I watched the jeweler work on my ring which never left my sight. She was so friendly, polite and made sure I was completely satisfied. The jeweler, German, did a fantastic and amazing job! My ring looked brand new and I owe it all to Armando, Liesha, German and the rest of the staff at Gennaro Jewelers. I highly recommend them for all your service needs. My family has been long time customers of Gennaro Jewelers for well over 45 years. They have outstanding customer service and operate professionally. I just brought my grandmother’s 80 year old engagement and wedding rings in to be resized for me and was so impressed with the resetting of the diamonds and cleaning of the rings. The rings look brand new! Angela was an outstanding employee to work with from start to finish! This was my second time at the store working with her on my jewelry and she has been wonderful to work with in giving professional advice on sizing of the rings and letting me know costs and next steps in the process. Gary and his staff came highly recommended. My wife's engagement ring needed to be repaired. Her ring never left our sight and the repair was completed in a matter of minutes.
