We have been using Gennaro Jewelers for several years now. They have gemologists and multiple jewelers on staff. And you watch your jewelry as it gets cleaned or repaired. We came in this most recent time for my daughter to look at engagement rings. She and her boyfriend got an education on diamonds by Sean. While I was waiting for them, Angela offered to clean my jewelry and found a small diamond missing on one of my rings. She had it cleaned and repaired before my daughter was done. They also fixed a necklace for me. Overall, another exceptional experience at Gennaro.

Fabulous! Is the only word to use. I had a custom ring made for my retirement and Nathan the salesperson was wonderful and stayed in touch. You have to get there and check out the store. They are always busy but treat you like no one else is around. Great customer service. Love this place.

Gennaro’s has been around for such a long time for a reason and that reason is cause of their amazing customer service on top of quality/ consistency in work ethic. Donna took great care of the trade in on top of a purchase transaction while also having 2 pieces built that day(one was a gift not in picture) my pinky ring was the purchase. Due to her eye in efficiency she exceeded my expectations. Most importantly is the team she works with especially the hands on jewelry techs that they have across the floor. This place only hires people that are well experienced and have been in the business for a long time(decades). Fair prices and busy place for a good reason. Was recommended by a long time generational family friend that’s been coming here for decades and was not disappointed as I just moved to the area and needed a new local jeweler. Great job, keep at it! Update: Donna doing amazing work again getting my mother right with a great price on a flashy diamond ring, resizing multiple diamond/ gold chains into bracelets and on a separate note just came in quick last notice cause I accidentally squished a ring that I wear on my necklace from laying down on it wrong and she got that fixed within literally less than 2 minutes of me getting in while also helping me pick out two pairs of gold earrings again at an amazing price for my mother. Again generations of my family and friends have been coming here almost since they’ve opened and they’ve always showed up and showed out and Donna is so personable and able to get the customer right every time. She’s also very good at pick out what looks best on you like a designer. Truly is amazing at what she does and also loves making people happy/smile in the process. My fiancée and I recently went to Gennaro Jewelers to pick out the ring she wanted, and the entire experience was amazing from start to finish. Sean took the time to walk us through every single detail of the process and made sure my fiancée felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Adrianna, the store manager, was also incredible and helped make the whole experience feel special.We also brought our 1.5-year-old baby with us, and everyone there was unbelievably kind and welcoming to him. They gave him toys to keep him entertained, and Adrianna even held him for a little while so we could focus on the process. From John at the door to Eric, Donna, Cortney, and Armando, every single person made us feel comfortable and cared for.The experience was honestly breathtaking. When we got home, my fiancée was so overwhelmed with happiness and emotion that she wanted to cry. Thank you all for making such an important moment in our lives unforgettable.
