Mark took the time to go through several cases on display as well as bringing out a book for me to see if anything else caught my eye.Nonetheless, picked out the PERFECT pair for her and can't wait to see them on her at Christmas. Gennaro’s has been around for such a long time for a reason and that reason is cause of their amazing customer service on top of quality/ consistency in work ethic. Donna took great care of the trade in on top of a purchase transaction while also having 2 pieces built that day(one was a gift not in picture) my pinky ring was the purchase. Due to her eye in efficiency she exceeded my expectations. Most importantly is the team she works with especially the hands on jewelry techs that they have across the floor. This place only hires people that are well experienced and have been in the business for a long time(decades). Fair prices and busy place for a good reason. Was recommended by a long time generational family friend that’s been coming here for decades and was not disappointed as I just moved to the area and needed a new local jeweler. Great job, keep at it! Update: Donna doing amazing work again getting my mother right with a great price on a flashy diamond ring, resizing multiple diamond/ gold chains into bracelets and on a separate note just came in quick last notice cause I accidentally squished a ring that I wear on my necklace from laying down on it wrong and she got that fixed within literally less than 2 minutes of me getting in while also helping me pick out two pairs of gold earrings again at an amazing price for my mother. Again generations of my family and friends have been coming here almost since they’ve opened and they’ve always showed up and showed out and Donna is so personable and able to get the customer right every time. She’s also very good at pick out what looks best on you like a designer. Truly is amazing at what she does and also loves making people happy/smile in the process. Thanks again Gennaro’s and Donna for the outstanding work across the board! Donna and the team again helping to create this diamond ring into a stylish sapphire one and a martini set of earrings can’t wait to use the 3rd diamond to create another special piece of custom jewelry very soon. As always thank you Donna for being able to imagine and brainstorm all possible options when my original idea wouldn’t do the ring justice. Also of course thank you to the gem setters for fixing the dent and gem positioning. I can’t wait to see what we make next in the near future, I’ll be back very soon for a few pieces!

This place came highly recommended and boy did they deliver! I traveled all the way from New Jersey to come here and have no regrets. Their professionalism, patience, and attention to detail is unmatched. I provided sentimental family diamonds and they handled everything with such care. The services I needed included custom orders, settings, appraisals, and custom tweaks to both an engagement ring and a pendant. They both came out excellent and we are so happy with the final results. Absolutely planning on coming back here and would be hard to bring my business elsewhere.

Angela is the best! She spent nearly 3 hours with us one morning while helping repair my botched engagement ring that was bought at a different jeweler and while we picked out wedding bands. Throughout the whole process she showed us exactly what was happening with my ring, what was wrong and how they were fixing it. She stayed kind, caring, funny and you can tell she truly loves what she does. The entire staff from the jeweler, the metal worker and the front door were pleasant, personable and just the best. We will be going there for all our jewelry needs from now on.
