I had such an amazing experience with Cindy while picking out my wedding band. She was so patient and took the time to let me try on so many different rings until I found the one that felt perfect. I needed to get my wedding band and engagement ring resized. Even though I now live in Stony Brook, I went to Gennaro’s because they have done repairs for me in the past and I know the quality of their work.I wasn’t disappointed. Donna gave me her undivided attention and excellent advice, and Binh did the entire repair job meticulously - all while I “watch(ed) and wait(ed).”I couldn’t be more pleased with the results.Thank you, Donna & Binh. My parents were longtime customers of Gennaro’s jewelers so when I wanted to get my engagement ring updated into a three stone ring of course I was going to Gennaro’s. The moment we walked in the door and where welcomed ,we worked with Angela who was so very helpful knew exactly what we wanted. My ring came out Perfect! I love it so much what an experience at Gennaro’s from start to finish watching your ring being made. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Also got a beautiful necklace for my birthday. Definitely a great family ran jewelry store.
