Recently I noticed my pear shaped diamond in my engagement ring was loose so I brought it to Genaro Jewelers and OMG! I dealt with Courtney. She was amazing. The work the jeweler did in front of my eyes was absolutely beautiful, making my platinum prongs stronger to secure my diamond in place. By the time I left there, my engagement ring and wedding band received the royal treatment and they looked just like the first day they were placed on my finger 21 years ago. I would never trust anyone to touch my rings other than Genaro Jewelers. Courtney, Adriana, Bin (sorry if I spelled that wrong) as well as the other jeweler who tightened 2 stones in my channel setting of my wedding band were absolutely wonderful to deal with. Thank you for taking care of my rings with such love.

Worked with Sean to choose my engagement ring. He was patient and helpful and super easy going. The price we got was more than fair and the process was easy. Picked my setting, asked for a specific stone, when it came in okayed it and a few days later had the ring in my finger. We will return for our wedding bands.

Gennaro Jewelers is run like a well oiled machine. As soon as you set foot in store you are greeted by a doorman who knows exactly who is next in line. There are plenty of knowledgeable sales people to help you. I was there to resize my diamond engagement ring and wedding band.My sales person was Cindy. She was friendly and kept me informed every step of the way. Watching the jewelers was amazing! It was great to experience them keeping their craft alive.

He was incredibly helpful and, most importantly, honest about repairing my engagement ring after I lost the diamond.
