So I reached out on the Thursday before the week of Thanksgiving with the hopes of getting our pool deck restained and looking good for the family and friends we were having over for Thanksgiving Day Dinner. I spoke with Craig the owner and he was very pleasant to deal with. He shared a link of possible colors for my wife and I to choose from. After we made our choice he started the process. Originally he had said his crew would arrive on the next Monday morning, but a scheduling conflict arose and he had to push us to the next day which concerned me a lot thinking it wouldn’t be done before the big day. His crew arrived bright and early as promised on Tuesday morning and went straight to work. They returned on Wednesday morning as promised and were able to finish the pool deck before 1pm. Their work came out looking great and they filled the few small cracks we had as well as a couple areas of chipped concrete. All in all we are very pleased with their work and the men that Craig Employs are very friendly and carry themselves well. As a small business owner myself I can tell you that reviews are the lifeblood of a company but you must be careful because they can make your business a success or if you do bad work they can make your business flounder. I’m very happy with the outcome of our refinished pool deck and will gladly recommend Craig and his crew to anyone looking for repairs to their pool decks. They deserve this 5 star review easily.
