For years I felt intimidated by the idea of taking a weight training class. I mostly stuck to yoga, even though I knew how important strength training becomes- especially as we age. After having three children, I didn’t recognize my body anymore, and one day I finally decided I had had enough and just went for it.From the moment I walked in, I felt a warm and welcoming environment.
