Met Iris Burton a year back in 2024 when we decided to move to the Colorado Springs area; saw a bunch of youtube postings about her; they were all positively true. Finally arrived in late 2025 and contacted her ( a year plus later); told her what we were looking for and unbelievably fast she found it...only the 3rd/4th home viewing and priced in our budget; 3-4 days searching; she listened and understood what we wanted (before we did); Amazing!!
