Carlos did a wonderful job, start to finish. First off, he won me over with his enthusiasm and thorough presentation. Then he told me he would sell my home within 30 days. We actually had a buyer within 14 days and closed in less than a month from going on the market. Additionally Carlos helped us finish the things that needed to be done to make the home ready to sell. His marketing skills far exceed anyone else I've seen out there as he offered a complete package to get our home on the market and sold quickly. Carlos is a man of character who does what he says he will do. I hope to not be selling a home again, but if I was to, I wouldn't waste my time talking to anyone else.

Carlos was awesome to work with during the sale of my rental property, especially in such a challenging market.
