Debrief has everything you need for recovery. Friendly, knowledgeable staff that will make you feel comfortable. A clean, modern space with community saunas and cold plunges, as well as private suites available for rental. It’s great to be able to do compression, sauna, cold plunge and red light therapy all in one place, and they also have a sensory deprivation pod and IV therapy on site. I highly recommend checking this place out.

Guy answers the phone "hello?"I asked if I was calling "Debrief" and he replies in a huffy way "yes?" ummmm okay... Guy sounds miserable I asked if I could book a float on New Year's Eve I never specified a time he again sounded miserable and huffed first let me see what time we are open until.I said nevermind. I don't need to be getting a service through a business who answers the phone like that and speaks to a brand new customer so rude.

Fantastic facility, great people and a great value. Contrast therapy wasn’t something I knew I needed until my wife bought me a gift card for Father’s Day. I’ve been a member ever since and look forward to my hour in the community room every week. Always walk out the door feeling like a million bucks. The cold plunge chills the body, but not the soul, if you know what I mean! Give it a try!

Amazing first experience cold plunging at Debrief! Brett and his team were so helpful and encouraging. Their facility is beautiful and welcoming, and the opportunity to connect with others in their community room is something special. Can't wait to be back!
