Terrible service. No communication whatsoever. You can’t contact a person at this company it’s all ran by AI. I had an appointment and tried calling and the AI bot took over and I never got a call back. I had to track the owner down on his personal FB account before I got a call. Paid over $300 expecting professional detailing and what I got I could have paid a crack head $10 for a better job. There were streaks from the wax on the windows they messed up stickers on my back glass there was some sticker residue I was hoping would be gone after a professional detailing job nope still there. These were obvious things that you could see from a mile away. The interior was never touched and if it was it was very little. I reached out to the owner through FB since this terrible company has no way of getting in touch with an actual person. The owner told me he would make it right and come fix it but never scheduled it. I highly recommend not doing business with this company.

I booked an appointment for the max package which includes the full paint correction and ceramic coating. i was skeptical because this is not a cheap process, however i was very happy with the results. Every step of the way, from scheduling to my appointment, was great. Josh Yandell out of the Mckinney, TX location did a fantastic job. He met all of my expectations. (which is not easy to do) The quality of work and attention to detail was fantastic. Highly recommend using them for your auto detailing needs.

Very polite and professional. Showed up early (must be the 15 minutes prior military accountability thing). Will recommend to anyone. Also, they don’t need you to sign them in on post.

My husband made a appointment with Grizzly for my car as a gift. I was excited because they had great reviews but I was very disappointed. The day of the appointment (Thursday) the lady showed up and started my van, only to leave because she had a allergic reaction to my old air freshener. Stuff happens and I felt bad for her. She told me another person will come Monday to finish. Come Monday we find out it is Monday in 2 weeks . That's annoying because it wasn't our fault our first appointment had to stop. Again whatever, stuff happens. The day of our new appt the guy shows up and is friendly but when it came time to check the van I was disappointed. Windows were smeared, the back 2 windows didn't even get touched. You could still see my kids hand prints. The windshield had smear marks on them. The wheels and tires looked untouched even though he said that he can hit them up again. Apparently we didn't purchase the wheel and tire clean package. I assumed tires are included in the full detail package but ok. There were spots missed on the front bumper panels and back. For how much this cost I expected better. Car Spa would have been cheaper and better. My husband had the guy fix the mistakes we saw at first but after going out to run to the store I saw more. I had to take a rag and wipe the inside of smear marks on my steering wheel, radio and door handles. I really hoped for better. Will not use them again.
