I received a report from the managing agent of our flat requiring some remedial work to be done on our front door to ensure compliance with fire regulations. I contacted Tom (easier to give a call initially!) and they provided a great service and weee very accommodating with my tight schedule. Job greatly done with all dust and dirt removed at the end. Nice and professional report sent within 24h to provide evidence to the managing agent. I later received two other quotes for the work and BWFD were the cheapest. Highly recommend !

Bristol & West Fire Doors were very easy to correspond with, answering quickly. They were very competitive with their pricing and did not charge for some materials which they did not need to use. They came promptly and the work was done very efficiently. The engineers were all very polite and helpful.

Tom and his team have replaced our flat entrance door and an internal door with compliant fire doors in our flat in a Victorian property. We would also like to thank the guys for doing such an amazing job from start to finish: Their attention to detail is outstanding, they’ve been working hard for three days straight and always kept us in the loop of anything we needed to be made aware of.Thanks a lot also for accommodating our desired lock, we’re very pleased with it and know it must have been a bit of a pain to fit it! It was just great to have real carpenters in the house who 100% knew what they were doing. Another thanks for fitting the network cable for the doorbell and running it so well - we just appreciated how all the guys clearly had their head screwed on (we expected nothing less, but have had different experiences in the past…). Lastly, thanks to you for suggesting some lovely doors that are well in keeping with the style of our house.Long story short, we’re thrilled with the result and didn’t know we could be so excited about a couple of new doors.

After the yearly flat door inspection by the Management Company I needed someone to rectify the issues raised in the report by a specific deadline. Got in touch with Tom and within a couple of weeks we were able to get the job done. Scott was cheerful and professional, even though there were some unexpected issues, he found a solution and sorted it. He also left the area clear of mess.Their number is now saved in my phone for future inspections and will definitely be recommending them
