This was the 1st time selling a house after living at the same residence for 34 yers. My original perception was that realtors are paid a ton money to do very little. I can tell you now that is certainly not the case! Greg made selling our house extremely easy. First, he had a solid strategy on how to attract buyers. He explained every step in terms that I could understand and appreciate. Next, he handled many things that I as a buyer did not even know had to be done. All of this happened with constant communication and updates. The outcome of this was our house selling immediately on the 1st day for asking price. After the offer, Greg made sure everything went smooth as silk all the way to to the final closing. I would highly recommend working with Greg if you plan to buy or sell a house.
