Kaitlyn was great, kind, quiet and very thorough. She stayed 20 minutes over her time here just to finish up last touches. I really appreciate her service.She was able to remove all the lime scale off of the toilets, 🚽 the sinks, the shower, And still had time to do some detailing on the kitchen. And organize all my smaller things and knickknacks!!

This was the first time I have employed a maid ever..Brittani & Alina, were amazing! They worked tirelessly! They were friendly and helped me feel more comfortable. They completed a lot in the timeframe.There was some confusion with the main office, they had a sale deal that was confusing and although they came part way to rectifying the issue.I still felt like they should have honored the deal the way it was written.But again the ladies were so awesome!

Crystal was a rock star! She did the work of 2 people, she was trying to make up for the management’s snafu.. I wish I had taken before and after pictures,, she organized my wife’s office and steam cleaned the bathroom.The office was confusing in their add and did not live up to correcting it.But the workers are great. It’s a bit spendy at full price but they are worth it and they seem to have great deals all the time.

I responded to an ad for a free cleaning voucher. After first call (before cleaning) I was told the voucher was actually a "buy 5 cleanings, get one free."I scheduled a 4hr cleaning with Kaitlyn and was blown away! I have never had a professional cleaning done and two of my bathrooms were left absolutely shining! She was on time, communicative, and expressed a love of cleaning! I really appreciated her non-judgement.To whoever this might be helpful for- I did find out after the cleaning that the buy 5 get one free is actually for if you pre-pay for the 5 so just make sure to ask all the questions. I do not believe I was purposely misled (my initial call was like 30 min because I had a lot of other questions and they were all answered thoroughly)I later scheduled a 6hr cleaning (requesting Kaitlyn!) and I appreciated how easy it was to have that scheduled. This time I had Kaitlyn and Brittani. They deep cleaned the kitchen. I really love having the cleaning checklist afterwards so I knew what was done/needs to be done next time.The owners are locals- and I have spoken to both at some point during intake/scheduling and both have been super kind in answering questions etcOverall, I am very happy with the services provided this far!

Review #2 Maintenance Cleaning, August 12 - Katharina and Alina came today for a maintenance cleaning and were both so nice and polite. I really appreciated how receptive they were when I explained which areas I wanted more thoroughly cleaned and my preferences for things like dusting. I like to stay out of the way and give them time to work, and they did a great job! My advice is to communicate the details of what matters most to you, they listen and work hard to give you the results you want. Another great experience with BG 5 Star Cleaning!Review #1 Deep Cleaning, June 26 - Hermione, Katharina and Jami did a deep cleaning for us the day before my dad’s memorial, on a day when we already had a lot going on and the whole family was home. We even had a refrigerator delivered and installed while they were cleaning! They were friendly, hardworking and did a great job focusing on the kitchen, bathrooms and the areas I asked them to tackle. I was especially impressed with our 20+ year-old stair paneling and doors, they looked almost new again! Very happy with the results and would definitely recommend BG 5 Star Cleaning.P.S. I would also like to give a shout out to Jonathan who I scheduled the cleanings with as I felt like he asks great questions to get out what I want and is informative, but not high pressure.

Kaitlyn and Jami deep cleaned our apartment, and it looks and smells wonderful! BG 5 Star Cleaning has proven reliable, as well as genuine and personable. They're also great about reaching out when specials are happening, and I've never once felt pressured into booking anything. It's great for those times when life gets to be a lot and we could use help caring for our home. I appreciate how detail-oriented they are with their cleaning too as those are the things we really notice and appreciate. They add nice touches, like staging items after they've cleaned a spot, which makes it feel less like paying for something you could just do yourself. We'll definitely hire them again!
