Kaitlyn was great. We paid for 3 hours of service and she put in work the entire time and was very courteous of the space. We loved the cute little toilet paper fold they left as well.

What a treat to get my house cleaned by BG 5 Star Cleaning. The kitchen really sparkles and everything looks so nice. There were a couple of things that got missed but when I told the owner, Kayla, she said she would send someone back to take care of it. Now that’s great service. Some companies would get defensive or deny that there was an issue, but they handled it so professionally and that stuff means a lot. No one is perfect but it’s the way things are handled when there is a problem that matter. As a real estate agent, I now feel comfortable referring this company to my clients. Thanks so much!

Wasn't the best cleaning job. The 2nd person was 1 hour late, living room blinds were not done, because they said the ran out of time. We have a glass shower and still hadn't been fully cleaned, and there was soap built up in the corners and floor tiles. Staff was friendly but over all job wasn't great. I will not be calling them to return, and would not recommend.
