I absolutely love my early morning wake up work outs with Mittfit. I joined to get a bit more in shape. What I didn’t realise was how the early start (I do the early morning sessions!) would help me have a real boost first thing and how much that would change my day and general outlook. I also have met some truly lovely people, including Joe our coach, who is such a positive force and friendly person to be around. I feel very lucky to have found such a gem of a boot camp!

I joined Mittfit when I moved to Cambridge just over a year ago. I was struggling with anxiety and honestly the thought of working out with a group of strangers was absolutely terrifying! But Joe and the Mittfit gang were so lovely and welcoming that I felt at ease straight away! Mittfit has helped me in so many ways, I'm stronger, happier and healthier since joining the Mittfit community. I'd highly recommend the bootcamp to anyone who needs that extra push to start their fitness journey!

I have been a member of MittFit since 2017 and I love the training, especially how individualised it is. The knowledge of the trainers really helps me to understand why we are doing each exercise. You really feel like you're part of a family here thanks to the environment Joe and his team have created. The regular social events really help this and all clients are extremely welcoming to newbies. The 28-day challenge is great as all members come together to support each other and post their meals in the Facebook group. I lost 4kg & a dress size doing the 28-day challenge! Would highly recommend!

I started having PT sessions with Joe just over a month ago to build my confidence back up around fitness and I can't recommend him and Mittfit enough. I have left every session feeling proud of myself, empowered and ready to face the day. Joe is kind, supportive, honest and flexible. The MITTFIT bootcamp is a great balanced workout, which includes strength training, cardio and core. It’s a fantastic way to maintain overall fitness. The group is super friendly and Joe is a brilliant teacher!

I have been with mittfit for 5years and I've loved everyone single minute. I've stayed because not only you learn how to properly use different equipment and looking at posture you can receive so much knowledge about helping with diet etc. Joe and the rest are the team are so friendly and welcoming. We are not just a bootcamp but a family we even go to regular socials from going out on nights out to open cinemas.
