Body time has been notorious for “suddenly” closing shop at one place and opening at another while very conveniently inconveniencing their clients.We’ve been their clients for the past two years and had over AED 4000 pending in our plan.After closing shop in JLT they now refuse to refund my money and or even have a civilised conversation regarding the same. All calls are diverted and it’s funny how such a big institution can get away with this in a place like Dubai.P.S This response is only to look good on Google, but you know very well, that it is after discussions with your customer team for months, that I'm posting this comment.Scam organization, please do not subscribe to it

Disappointed with Suit Purchase and Lack of SupportBodytime profound disappointment regarding the suit I purchased over two months ago.Since the moment I received it, I have encountered persistent issues. Each time I attempt to use the suit, it either fails to connect or connects without any intensity. Despite my efforts to resolve these problems through communication with the team, I have yet to receive a satisfactory solution. I have tried to reach out multiple times, particularly to Miss Roby and another representative, but my calls have gone unanswered or met with vague assurances that the issue would be addressed.This lack of responsiveness has only added to my frustration.Moreover, I cannot shake the feeling that I have been misled. The suit does not seem to be new, and I feel as though I have been cheated out of my purchase.

I have a very bad experience with Body time. When i bought membership in November ,i bought it for jlt location. Suddenly when i wanted to book the next class (not even in advance) i was told that they moved to business bay location…Btw i work full day and evening i spend with 15 m o baby (that is why i bought membership to the jlt location that is 15 min walking from my apartment, i have no time at all to go to business bay!).This is very unfair to the client, and when i sent email with the complaint and asking for refund( no one reply to my message or emails)So i am very disappointed in their service, staff and unprofessional new owners.

I was offered unrealistic options like traveling over an hour to another branch or paying AED 3,000 for a training suit, neither of which fit my schedule or financial situation as a working mother. To make matters worse, I was sent a fabricated, unsigned contract to justify a 'no refund' policy I was never informed about. Repeated emails to their team and CEO have been ignored, showing their lack of accountability and customer care.I urge others to think carefully before purchasing any service from BODYTIME or trusting them with your money, as you may face similar issues with no resolution. Customers deserve better treatment and transparency!

I urge BODYTIME to address these concerns promptly and ethically and give me my money back…!

I just woke up one day to receive the news that the gym has been shut down.I call them to check what the solution can be and they don’t even listen. They don’t care!I can’t be asked to drive all the way to business bay for 20 mnts long session!!!! Zero respect for customers, they just steal your money and disappear. The biggest scam of my life. Don’t even think of going there and don’t be fooled by the positive reviews. All their trainers are also trained to lie to their customers.

SCAMMERS!They sell you a package for a fortune and then they close down branches without prior notice. Do NOT fall for them. Worst experience and worst scam of my life.I bought a package two months ago in JLT because it’s next to my work only to receive a message yesterday saying that they have closed down that branch and that I should go all the way to business bay for a 20 minutes long session! Unbelievable! They have done this without prior notice. So shameful I swear!
