My A/C heat pump was no longer cooling efficiently. I had called an A/C company that gave me a crazy high estimate and while the gentleman was nice enough I felt like he was forcing me into a unit I didn’t need. Baez was suggested to me by a neighbor. They came to my home. Explained why my unit wasn’t working. Explained various options on the type of unit that I could choose from. That made me feel like I wasn’t stuck with whatever some one else said I had to have. The unit came in quickly. The work was done one day. Every member of the staff was polite and courteous and patient with my hundreds of questions. They left no mess behind and explained what all the next steps were for inspections. I would not think twice about using this company again. If you want a company that is trustworthy reasonable and reliable this is the one!

Absolutely amazing service! Our AC stopped working, and they came out quickly and had it fixed in no time. Highly recommend! Melvin was very responsive and did a great job. We had a leak within our ac unit and didn’t know where it was coming from. Melvin found the leak, fixed it, and it hasn’t leaked since then.
