The roofing team did a great job. They were attentive in every way. The roof was replaced within a day. I would give a 5 rating, if it wasn’t for the gutter replacement team. The gutter team left equipment and debris on the side of the house for a few days after completing the project. We also had to inspect their work more closely especially as they replaced the down spouts. Overall the experience and quality of work was great.Miguel and his team are great to work with. He was very instrumental in getting my old insurance company to approve the claim.

I solicited bids from 3 contractors and Miguel at Golden Restoration was by far the most responsive and accurate. We settled on the scope and price with no delays. The work crew was on-time, polite, efficient, and had suggestions on how certain tricky parts of the job should be done. They installed Hardie Plank Select cedarmill woodgrain siding on the upper part of the house, removed a wood stove chimney and restored that part of the roof and other roof damage. I thought the job would take several days...they were finished in 2! Two Thumbs up for Miguel and the crew.

From the start to the finish cleaning up, this complete roof replacement was done expertly, efficiently and flawlessly with precise shingle alignment. The workmen were highly skilled and worked smoothly as a team. The job included replacing the entire decking because it had not been installed originally according to acceptable guidelines. Even though that was in addition to shingle removal and replacement, the team finished the job in one day. Amazing.The inspection was thorough and comprehensive and included entering both attics to determine ahead of time if there were any hidden problems. There were no surprises later on. They spent a lot of time on the inspection, explained the process and the materials needed and supplied plenty of photographs. This was the best estimate process I have ever experienced. There were lots of drone pictures of the work-in-progress and the completed job.I highly recommend this company!

I first hired miguel for a small roof repair. Found him to be very knowledgeable, not pushy, listened to my concerns and worked on a plan. Then i had another roof situation. He gave me a quote but instead of the roof having pinholes of leaks i talked with him about doing the whole roof. I actually got 5 other bids. I had dealt with roof issues on other homes i had. Other companies were over 3000 in budget due to overhead. I had one company state my roof would start at 38500 and he would give me 30 percent discount. What a joke. I invited miguel to come talk about doing a complete roof. He gave me the best offer. The workers very polite, quiet, did their job. clean up was great. Miguel explained everything to me, answered my questions and did a great job. I plan to hire him again for an issue with siding and already got information from others that i did not like about their offers to do siding. This young man is excellent at his job. Manages his workers well. No problems but the rain.

Highly recommend Miguel and crew of Golden Restoration. Arrived at schedule time did awesome job installing vinyl siding on my home. Professional and polite crew. Clean up work area and hauled away unwanted material. Very satisfied. Will use in near future if needed.

Golden Restoration did excellent work from the beginning to the completion of the job. They diagnosed what was needed and explained why, using pictures when needed throughout the process.They are respectful and polite always.Each day the workers were on time and cleaned up daily before leaving.Several neighbors have enquired about the company as they observed as well as admired their work throughout the process .
