I had been searching for a company to provide airport drop off and pick up. We have family vacation coming up and it’s quite a few of us traveling. Many of the companies I contacted were evasive with pricing or completely unresponsive. Not Black Tie! They provided prompt and detailed responses, with clear instructions. We had an outstanding experience with Black Tie Technology for my daughter’s Sweet 16 in NYC!I reached out the same day and asked if they could pick us up earlier than originally scheduled. They immediately accommodated our request with no problems at all. Our driver, Juan, was fantastic — super accommodating, friendly, and professional the entire time. He did a great job navigating us safely around the busy NYC streets while keeping everyone comfortable.The limo van was very clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable for our whole group. It made the day feel extra special. From the easy last-minute change to the smooth ride and excellent service, everything was handled perfectly with no hiccups.We couldn’t have asked for better service. When our flight time changed and we hit delays, the team was gracious and flexible, greeting our motley crew with a smile and impeccable service in the early hours of the morning.
