Where can I begin.. from the start of visiting the venue, speaking with the owner on details to execution day of, was spectacular. The staff were always checking in on all the details. The venue is so beautiful. They also include tables and chairs. Nothing tacky at all either. The kitchenette that was provided was perfect space to replinish as the party went on. Also a bonus of renting with The Grand Upper room, was that I was suppose to have access until 5pm. However, they did inform me that if the party before us ended early we would be granted early entrance. This did happen. We were able to come in at 3pm instead of 5pm. That helped us out so much and I was still able to go home and get ready. There was peace of mind and thst was worth it. Last and definitely Not least, the waiting staff we were provided with.. went above and beyond. I am always used to do everything from setup to clean up. However, the 2 ladies that waited on us were wonderful. They had a smile on their faces. Everytime I wanted to help they kept telling me it was ok and not to worry… they never missed a beat. I really do appreciate all their attention and care they had for us all. All the guests kept complimenting how beautiful it was. Even our photographer wanted the details on renting the venue. She too thought it was beautiful. You really dont need to put so much decorations. The venue itself is beautiful enough.I hope I get to rent out this venue in the future. If you are looking for a venue in Katy that is at a great price you need to schedule an appointment and go check it out!

We went for an anniversary party. The 300 suite is not a very big venue. There are nice auxiliary rooms for drinks food, decorations & storage but the main room is not very big. We had a hard time finding it, but we had fun.

Absolutely stunning venue with exceptional service. The event coordinator was very organized , responsive , and genuinely invested in making the perfect day for our daughter 17th birthday party. Such an elegant venue. Our guest couldn’t stop raving about the atmosphere and how seamless it felt . What also stood out was the staffs warmth and professionalism. Saturday, February 21, The Grand Upper Room staff hosted my baby shower and it was everything I could imagine. The staff brought my vision to life very well. She sat in her car at the gas pump to watch the cameras. She complained about moving chairs across the floor. The lady that rents out the building text us for every single thing such as someone stacking chairs and moving them to the side. She will text or call during your event. DONT RENT HERE!! You’ll see ! She’s rude and weird.She sat in her car at the gas station pump watching the cameras during the event. We are grown not kids renting the building. It’s her walking in and out of some of the photos we got. Ma’am please !! You’ll lose customers with those types of behavior.
