The gym is newly renovated, with new equipment. I wanted to do personal training so they offered a free assessment first. Michael was my trainer, and he is one sharp cookie! He could tell where I had tightness and imbalances. He came up with a plan for future workouts. I signed up then and there and I'm really happy about it!

This gym has very good personal trainers (especially Aaron). Management is friendly and the membership is affordable based on the quality of the gym.

This is my first time paying for a high-quality gym and the team at Gold’s Riverdale make it worth it! They keep the machines clean and the music is good!

I left a comment several months ago on the state of disarray the gym was in, and I need to rectify it.The manager and team has addressed all the issues that I expressed. The machines are in good condition, no longer blistering hot inside, and locker rooms are tended to. Ill own up, and give credit to golds team who worked to improve it for the customers.

I’ve had a great experience with the gym staff, maintenance, and equipment. Everyone is always friendly, helpful, and quick to assist. Especially Macy- he’s always so kind, welcoming, and helpful whenever I’m there!

Visited the gym from out of town... bought a week pass and had an amazing experience. Very professional and kind staff. Great working equipment. And a nice hot sauna to finish the workout off. I will definitely be back next time I'm in the DMV.
