From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile from the lady behind the desk and I had felt at ease in the waiting room (and i've never felt so relaxed in a dentist!). There was no harsh white lights but lovely relaxing musics, pretty asthetics and rooms names and other nice things which make you feel at ease. The dentist I saw took her time to get to know me as a person and learn about my teeth and history. I felt listened to and treated with such kindess. Often when we visit denist we worry about judgement as often we can let things slip (espeically our own self care - busy mum!) and despite this Dr. Aisha was extremley sympathetic and didn't judge the past but helped us look forward to the future! The scans were very high tech and the first time i've seen my teeth in such detail. We were able to pick up treatment plans and work around the way that works for me. I felt relaxed, confident and it felt like a 'spa session' and not a clinical scary setting at all! All of our family will be joining the dental plans as they are affordable and we've realised as we are getting older it's certainly worth investing in your smile! Our 3 year old also visted the practice and weeks later after his appt still talks about the dentist with excitement.
