I am not anti Starbucks. That’s a fine company, it’s just that I have become accustomed to the personality and hospitality of the market. This place is excellent. They always welcome me when I come in and even ask about my day, other meetings I may have, and they’re not afraid to ask me to try something new. Overall, excellent job and fine establishment with select and prime staff. I’ll choose you for years to come!!

Place is usually great, but today we came in 40 minutes before close and EMMA not only asked us to be sure to be out at 3 o’clock 3 times, but was constantly rude throughout our whole time there. For example i mentioned something about the food and i get a rude remark: “thats how it is” with a rude look afterwards. We also overhear her say “im this close to closing this place up” right afterwards. Shouldn’t be working in customer service if you get mad tending to peoples needs.

These people are sad and pathetic employers. if I could give them less than one star I would. They hire people for an agreed upon pay rate, and then end their employment 3 weeks before Christmas without even notifying them and leave them and their family scrambling, because the "agreed upon pay is too much". 0 respect for the families or lives of their employees. I hope the owner of this business finds themselves scrambling to fight against homelessness right before Christmas in a few years.

Stopped in about 11am this morning , the omelette was not an omelette just some badly scrambled eggs folded over veggies and horrible ham.. ice cold the potatoes were not cooked and tasteless. I am so disappointed this place could be perfect , yet both times I have been there food was unacceptable.

I’m from Europe and to me this is the best coffee on the Venice island so far. It’s more of a European kind:). I also tried the avocado toast, with a loooot of avocado, it’s definitely smth to try at this place:). The personnel is very attentive, too!
