I can not say enough positive things about Velvet Tails!!!! I would highly recommend all their services. Matt does any amazing job grooming my 2 schnauzers, he is patient, caring and so great with them, not to mention how awesome they look when they leave. The environment is so inviting and my pups always feel so calm. Everyone is so great and they truly care about making the best experience for their animals.

Jenna did our pups first spa experience and from the minute we walked to the the time I picked her up I felt my pup was in great hands! Jenna answered all the questions I had and was so sweet with my pup! Finding a groomer is hard, we researched so many other groomers before choosing velvet tails and I’m so glad our search is over! We will be a lifelong client here!

Love Velvet Tails!! Anna really listens to what we ask, and gives our doodle the cut we want! Other places just don’t do that. You really should take your pet to Velvet Tails!

We brought our cat Fettuccine here to get a haircut and to take care of some matted fur he had on the back of his legs. We LOVE how his haircut turned out! He’s soft and his fur is a great length so he’ll still be warm but his fur won’t keep knotting up. I highly recommend going here to get your pet a haircut, they do a fantastic job and they’re very kind!

We cannot say enough great things about Velvet Tails! Our 8 year old bully received a full pamper session, complete with a bath, nail trim, tooth and ear cleaning, and a happy smile at the end. Sally is a fearful dog who prefers her routine, couple that with sensitive skin - we came in with many requests. Anna kept all her needs in mind and provided a calming experience for our nervous girl. It was such a great experience seeing her come into the lobby with a big smile and a tail wag! We can’t thank them enough for the positive experience they provided our sweet girl.
