Latasha is very professional and caring and was always so kind and gentle with our mom. She would take the time to listen to her and help her in all ways. She would let us know how her visits went and if there was anything that we could do or purchase to help our mom be more comfortable.Latasha was also always available for our family to reach out to when I had concerns or questions any time day or night and would respond quickly as possible. She also taught our family how to do an exercise for our mom when we visited her, and taught the staff at her place to do the same.Latasha genuinely cares for the people that she is working with, and their families.I know our mom really liked her visits with her. And Latasha let me know how special she was to her as well. She was the one who took the photo of our mom in her room and sent it to us. Her smile says it all to me - Latasha helped make her day a good one.

After a short time, Latasha helped with many of the problems I was having around the house. She is a clever problem solver and thinker. She explains things clearly and concisely. For instance, although I had grab bars in my shower a plumber installed, Latasha had additional ideas which made getting in and out more stable for me. Also, several people had advised me about the garage door entry and I had grab bars - but just what carpenters did. Latasha saw immediately a remaining problem and solved it. I had a bed rail that had been recalled but didn’t know what to replace it with. Latasha did know, replaced it, and it works better in several ways. Her suggestions are inexpensive and work well. I don’t know what to buy and just try things but expert help eliminates the need for trial and error. Highly recommend!
