I hired John at Clear Valuation for a Probate Date of Death Appraisal at La Mancha Estates Edition in Green Valley. John was quick to respond, and completed a next day inspection. He was very friendly and professional. The next day after he inspected the property, he provided me with a PDF report I could use for the Clark County Eighth Judicial District Court, my Attorney, and the IRS for tax purposes. The probate process is difficult, and John made the appraisal process easy. I feel so at ease now this part is complete.
