Extremely disappointed with customer service. Have been in contact with them and waiting for a service tech to come look at the sectional for over 2 months, and still no one has been in contact. I talked to them twice, last time they mentioned they would escalate the request, but still no service call. Pillows didn't hold form for long maybe a couple months. May be better companies, as waiting for 4 months for product to arrive from over seas, then not getting warrenty work for over 2 months is a huge let down

Takeaway: Overall, my experience has been extremely positive, and I’m glad I didn’t let older reviews or the hype of other entrants (e.g. Cozey) stop me from making the purchase.Like many buyers, I did my homework before making a big purchase... and when I looked through reviews, I’ll admit I hesitated at first. A lot of the older feedback seemed to focus on shipping and logistics issues and a mix of product expectations, which made me pause.That said, I spoke to the founder (over an hour long call)... I appreciate owners who admit their mistakes and really looked to improving the product. I decided to move forward, and I’m genuinely glad I did.I can confidently say I’m a very happy CouchHaus owner. The quality, comfort, and design exceeded my expectations, and the 2 couches I bought have become a centerpiece of our living and rec space. We regularly get compliments from guests, and more than once friends and family have asked where we got it - to the point that I’ve recommended CouchHaus to several people who are now considering buying one themselves!!!

Just received our Comfy Couch yesterday, it's even nicer than we imagined. We live on Vancouver Island so did a video chat to order, a very cool concept that worked well for us. But you never really know what you are going to get without having an opportunity to actually be in store. But as mentioned, our new couch is amazing, it is great looking and so comfortable, we are so happy with it. Already ordered another piece (we weren't sure if an ottoman would be too much, but it will make it look even better!) We ordered the dog bed as well, our boy loves it. Thanks to everyone at Couch Haus that made this experience so positive, you've all been great to work with!

Comme je me l’imaginais! Ne perd pas sa forme, il est ferme, l’option choisi : « 5’’ foam wrapped ». Les pattes ont un antidérapant. Le tissu est parfait. Livraison pile comme prévu. Un peu long mais vaut l’attente. Le service client m’a super bien accompagné pour la conception sur mesure avant l’achat. Je recommanderai certainement.
