From the configuration, cushion width, depth and height, to the fabric, arm shape, and to the type of fill. They even had little 3D pieces you could move around to create exactly what you wanted for those visual processors, like myself.12 weeks later, and she is here ! She feels like a cloud. A dream. More beautiful than I could have imagined !

The process with CouchHaus is painless and smooth. From booking the appointment to receiving the product, there was never an issue. Anitta was patient and responsive both in-person and via email, which as a customer is always appreciated and goes a long way. There are companies who take days and weeks, to get back to you (if they ever do) which is a red flag. No matter how many questions we asked, she provided all the answers and offered helpful ideas and suggestions to make it work with our lifestyle and physical space.41 messages back and forth from the day I reached out. Before our first store visit, I had sent the floorplan of our space and she got back to me with what she thinks is the product specs and configurations that will work in our space. Very Disappointing ExperienceI picked up my coffee table from the Couch Haus store, and unfortunately, the entire experience was extremely disappointing.The package was secured in wooden slats that were nearly impossible to open with regular tools. It took a significant amount of effort just to get the packaging open. Once I finally did, the table itself looked unfinished, and there was a noticeable blue stain on the side.Because of the poor quality of the product, I contacted Couch Haus to initiate a return. Unfortunately, I was then informed that their return policy means they keep 50% of the cost of the item for processing fees.So, not only did I have a terrible and frustrating unpacking experience, but I also ended up losing money because the product I received was not up to the quality I expected.I understand that return policies exist, but I find it extremely disappointing to lose such a significant amount of money when the reason for the return is the poor condition and quality of the product itself.

We purchased our beautiful couch in March and had it delivered to our new home in July! We absolutely LOVE it and hands down it's the nicest most comfy couch we have ever owned! Right from the in store team to the delivery it was an awesome experience! The team are all wonderful and gave us the best tips to ensure the couch would work in our new space! I would highly recommend CouchHaus to anyone! When people walk into our home the first comment is always about our gorgeous Tidepool couch! 🩵

I absolutely love the wall panels from this furniture store. They look stunning and are very affordably priced. There is a wide range of color options to choose from. They also offer LED lights and various shelving units for decoration. I got a whole set to renovate my wall, and it transformed my home beautifully. Highly recommend if you want to spruce up your interior walls!

Living nightmare. I paid $6,000 for the 3 seater Luxe with Ottoman and I was told this was a new couch, only to later discover it was used upon delivery.The white couch arrived with yellow stains, animal hair, and dirt all over it, completely filthy and nothing close to “new.” When I confronted Paige about this, she claimed she had told me during our in-person meetup at her home, where I e-transferred the payment.But when I asked a very simple question "why was I charged full price for a couch that was clearly used, stained, and old?" she had no answer. She went silent, avoided the question, and acted as if she suddenly didn’t understand what was being asked.The amount of time and energy it took to fight for a resolution was ridiculous. I was told that the couch went through an inspection but was not inspected careful enough, I guess? Even though I paid over 6k for a BRAND NEW couch.After months and months of back-and-forth, arguing with them, continuing to be lied to, denying me of a return or refund for their mistake, I finally received a new couch and a $2,000 refund even though all I wanted was to not give them my business. I threatened to go to court, posted them all over my social media, reached out to the news, and did an honest google review (to which Paige said she will sue me for slander) but it never should have taken that level of pressure for them to correct something this blatant.When I was getting my "new" couch picked up because I did not want a filthy used couch in my home, Paige asked me how the condition is and if the movers should take it to the dump. Like.... are you KIDDING me?????Paige is now saying I paid $2,700 when I actually paid $5000 plus $1,500 for the ottoman. I demanded a 50% refund and a brand new couch if I agreed to take down my review and Instagram I made exposing them. She REFUNDED me $2,700 which was HALF of what I spent. She has threatened to take me to court and sue me for my honest reviews. Nothing I have said is a lie, she is the only liar here. She told me I was getting a brand new couch, never said it was used and charged me full price anyways. She is lying in the response to make herself look better.

it began with social media ads that caught my eye, then did some research on the website and finally the chance arose to visit the Vancouver showroom during a recent trip to BC. Together it has been a tremendous experience start to finish. The person Anitta at the store was wonderful to work with during showroom visit and follow up communication to finalize our order. Cannot wait to see product in a few months.

We recently received our new couch from CouchHaus and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. From start to finish, the process was smooth. We were kept informed along each step of the way to the status of our order. It took about 2.5 months to receive, which was fine as we expected that time frame. The fabric and color we chose are beautiful in real life, and this couch is the most comfy couch I’ve sat on. We just love the size, design and practicality/durability of the fabric. It’s my favorite piece of furniture in my house now!
