Together it has been a tremendous experience start to finish. The person Anitta at the store was wonderful to work with during showroom visit and follow up communication to finalize our order. We recently received our new couch from CouchHaus and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. From start to finish, the process was smooth. We were kept informed along each step of the way to the status of our order. It took about 2.5 months to receive, which was fine as we expected that time frame. The fabric and color we chose are beautiful in real life, and this couch is the most comfy couch I’ve sat on. We just love the size, design and practicality/durability of the fabric. It’s my favorite piece of furniture in my house now!

I went to Couch Haus after a couple of other places that were not very helpful . As soon as I walked in the customer service was great (Maria) answered all my questions and let me take my time ! I received my couch and it’s amazing , and it was easy to set up . Love my couch ! I would highly recommend getting your couch here ! 😊

I ordered a couch from Couch Haus at the beginning of January. I chose Couch Haus because I wanted to support a Canadian company. Initial delivery was for May 15, but got an email that it was the wrong one and the correct one would be sent on the next container ship with "white glove" service to be included free of charge. Fast forward to July 2. It's delivery day for the correct couch. Surprise, only part of the couch was delivered, the frame. White glove service was moving it into my living room, left on its side with wrapping still in place. The huge box, it came in was left in my driveway for me to deal with. When I asked where the rest of the sofa was, it was explained by the delivery men that it was left at the distribution centre and it maybe delivered next week. When I contacted Couch Haus they promised to provide a solution and timeline by the end of the day(July 3) So far, Crickets....... Oh but they did promise, again "white glove" service. Couch Haus, do me a favour and just Fedex the cushions to me. It's going on 7 months to get this piece of furniture. It better be one spectacular couch. Couch Haus, DO BETTER!

The team was patient while we reviewed fabric samples and customized the dimensions to fit our space perfectly. Communication was excellent, and all of our questions were answered promptly.We chose the Wheaten fabric with custom sizing, and we appreciated the flexibility to tailor the sofa to our exact needs. The team also helped us with accent cushion options and provided additional savings where possible.We’re now looking forward to receiving our sofa and will update our review once it arrives. I added mine 3 weeks ago as I was interested in a couch but now get non stop emails, text messages and phone calls in the middle of the day and night. This itself has made the decision to buy a couch elsewhere. The sales team should not be harassing people into purchasing furniture…

Recently purchased our sectional, even though it took 3 months to show up, from the time we purchased, it was worth the wait. The ability to customize our couch was critical, namely how high the back, the depth of the seating, the fill for the seating and back cushions, the fabric quality and color. We love our couch, it is truly a honey trap.

Product purchased advertised as though made in Canada when made in China; fabric was of poor quality and CouchHaus agreed to replace at no additional cost. We were advised approximately 4 months later, after many enquiries, fabric was no longer available. CouchHaus then agreed to provide another fabric of our choice at no cost with a promise it would be delivered by air from China not sent by ship. After another extended period of time and many more enquiries it was confirmed the new fabric was sent by ship. Fabric finally arrived and was shipped to us recently, again after many fruitless attempts to get information on arrival time. Time frame from first promise for replacment and final delivery: 9 months. Sadly, customer service is severely wanting with this company - lots of talk and very little walk.

This is the second couch I have bought from CouchHaus and once again it’s absolutely perfect! The team was so incredibly helpful in helping me make my design choices, I can be a bit indecisive and they were beyond patient and helpful with me every step of the way.These couches are so comfortable, everyone who sits on them falls in love. (Some house guests even choose to sleep on the couch instead of in the spare bed lol) Even though it’s modular, the pieces are heavy with sturdy gripped feet, and they come with clips to hold it together. Even when on hardwood and not touching the wall, nothing slides apart when the kids and the dogs are flipping around. Highly recommend!
