Such a great place for children and adults to learn some discipline. My son has been going for a couple years now and he's definitely gained a lot of confidence in himself and his abilities. The teachers are great in pushing the kids past their comfort zones where they're able to learn and grow in a safe environment. Would highly recommend.

Since my Son start training 4 months ago, I'm seeing the difference in his fitness and mentality, more focused and achiever.

I have been to many gyms before but none like this. This is the best gym in mississauga. It is very clean, organized and all the coaches and staff are so friendly, they push you and are constantly encouraging you to be the best version of yourself. This gym is a family! 100% recommend!!!

The program is great! My son is picked up at school, so I don't have to worry about it. When I arrive at the end of the day, he's always happy and seems to have have a good time. And I like knowing that he exercised, too. The snacks they offer, though, need to be improved. Usually unhealthy options and they look like a very last-minute decision, too.
