Matthew did a great job. Arrived on time and diagnosed the problem quickly and ordered the new tank within 30 minutes of his arrival. Install the new tank and cleaned up and was gone. Whole thing took less than 3.5 hours. Excellent service!!!

They called ahead of time with plenty of heads up to be home in time. Jager was super nice and friendly. He explained the costs of the different services if needed and cleared out our shower drain with the least expensive option in 15 minutes. Cleaned up the shower floor before leaving. These guys are prompt, courteous and are less expensive than the other guys that may show up on your Google search first. Give North Alabama a shot.Second time using North Alabama Plumbing. 5 stars again.Bryan came out the next morning on a Saturday and replaced our garbage disposal. Great job, was on time, not a two hour window. Cleaned up and just a great job all around!

Can’t recommend these folks highly enough. Chris worked us in on a busy day when we had no kitchen sink, Matthew went under the house multiple times trying to unclog the sink line, and Brian came to the rescue when no one else couldfigure out the problem. He came up with a creative solution to the headache that Five Points plumbing is known for. And their price was very reasonable after all the extra work. We appreciate them so much.

I've used North Alabama Plumbing a few times now and they have always gone above and beyond my expectations while charging less than other companies. I could go on and on, but I"ll just say that their service is without par. I recommended them to my elderly dad. Not only did the technician fix his leaking toilet, he checked the whole house and tightened some loose connections. That peace of mind was priceless. This is the only plumbing company I have had such positive experiences with and I've used several in the area in previous years. They're the best!

Fast, honest, affordable!!!!We called on a Sunday afternoon upon finding a wet spot in our ceiling from an upstairs bathroom. They immediately found room where they could on their schedule, and even got here earlier than anticipated!! They communicated very well about arrival time, price, and repairs. No sticker shock and a beautiful working tub faucet with no leaks!! I would give 10 stars if I could! We have always loved working with North Alabama Plumbing!
