Can’t recommend these folks highly enough. Chris worked us in on a busy day when we had no kitchen sink, Matthew went under the house multiple times trying to unclog the sink line, and Brian came to the rescue when no one else couldfigure out the problem. He came up with a creative solution to the headache that Five Points plumbing is known for. And their price was very reasonable after all the extra work. We appreciate them so much.

I've used North Alabama Plumbing a few times now and they have always gone above and beyond my expectations while charging less than other companies. I could go on and on, but I"ll just say that their service is without par. I recommended them to my elderly dad. Not only did the technician fix his leaking toilet, he checked the whole house and tightened some loose connections. That peace of mind was priceless. This is the only plumbing company I have had such positive experiences with and I've used several in the area in previous years. They're the best!

Fast, honest, affordable!!!!We called on a Sunday afternoon upon finding a wet spot in our ceiling from an upstairs bathroom. They immediately found room where they could on their schedule, and even got here earlier than anticipated!! They communicated very well about arrival time, price, and repairs. No sticker shock and a beautiful working tub faucet with no leaks!! I would give 10 stars if I could! We have always loved working with North Alabama Plumbing!

****UPDATE****12.11.2025 Update - another clog, this time near the city junction. Called North Alabama Plumbing and true to the below story they were extremely responsive and came out, diagnosed accurately the issue, and resolved the issue. Thanks, Yeager (sp?)!03.31.2025 Update - had a backed up sink in the kitchen so had North Alabama Plumbing back out since they did a fantastic job before (see below review from previous call). Once again Josh showed up, gave a quote of what he thought, I believed it to be reasonable as well, and he went to work diagnosing and fixing the problem. I felt like he had to work some harder than what was estimated but he stuck with the original quote. These folks are thorough and only do what is necessary.They get solid 5 stars.The technician that came, Josh, is a fantastically professional and compassionate young man! He let us know every detail of what he was doing and how the repair was to be completed. Should another repair or installation of anything plumbing related you can bet your bottom dollar that North Alabama Plumbing will be our ONLY thought and call! Needed help to repair a dripping shower head. The cap nut on the valve body had to be cut off to replace the valve's internal components. That saved me a lot of time and money vs replacing the entire valve. My technician Yager was very knowledgeable and very friendly.

These guys are great to work with. I called at 4 pm on friday afternoon with a water heater pipe that was in the wall that had a small hole and i couldn't fix it. I called and they came. I've worked with them before and they will be my only choice for plumbing in my house.
